Not offering refund

I purchased two pair of boots with JustFab, and I was not able to fit either because of the size of my calf. I returned both pair and was informed that I would receive a credit on my account. When I purchased both pair of boots I was a new customer and was able to use the discount off my first shoe purchase, so I spent around $38.00 on two pair of shoes. I did contact customer service and was informed I could only receive a credit back of the amount I spent, which I thought was unfair. To start I would now have to search for a shoe I would like in the wide calf section, and the selection of shoes are not as appealing. Second, I asked if I would be able to use the promo discount again since I was not able to fully use it the second time, in which I was informed that I could not. I was found this very unfair because technically I didn't use it the first time since I had to send both pair of shoes back. Third after speaking to the rude customer service rep I was informed that I could receive a credit of the dollar amount that I spent, and I never received my credit, so the rep lied to me. I did end up purchasing a new pair of boots with the credit amount that I had, but they were not the boots that I wanted, and I ended up spending my money on a product that I was not pleased with. I did not enjoy my experience with JustFab, and I do encourage you to work on creating a better selection of wide calf boots for your customers.

Cheaply made shoes!

I received the shoes, one is short I wouldn't say
Completely to little I can still put them on but who knows what's gonna happen once I walk in them. The other one is painful between the toes and I always where thong sandals

Overall disappointed

I was excited to try out JustFab when I first found the site; cute looking clothes at a decent price, why not. However, with every order, the quality just wasn't there. I even had a few items that smelled so bad of chemicals when I opened the package, I didn't even take them out, I just taped them back up and sent them right. I also wasn't happy when i decided to cancel my subscription. I had to call several times to get my account canceled and I couldn't get my money back. The only option to use the money from my returns/and monthly subscription was to order more items. Ummm, no thank you!

Horrible experience

I have had to canceled the VIP 4 times because even thought I called to cancel it I WAS STILL BEING CHARGED! I'll call them back and say why am I still being charged & they tell me that they canceled it this time & a refund is on the way but I've been told this 3 other times. Then each time I call they try to force you to make it a credit to your justfab account instead of returning it to your bank account! Please beware & check your account because you may still be charged even though you canceled and don't even know it.

Impossible to use my credit. The website won't allow me to use my credits as a payment method! I got the credit from being charged on my credit card and now I can't even use the credit. They are the biggest headache ever and I have a hard time even finding 1 thing that I would bother purchasing.

Be careful about your contract with them. They access to your account with US dollar monthly and then you do not back your money.
Be very cautious to deal with them.

I have been with just fab for a little under four months just fab charged my account and then when I skipped out for the month I were still charge. They were intent that they didn't know and the when speaking to csr they were nasty and rude one of them told me you had the option to continue as a guest instead I told her may I speak with your supervisor she the disconnected the phone. I'm giving this website and. 5 rating be sure to look at your bank account statements. Then with two credits they still wanted me to pay $40 extra dollars to get my shoes sent to me my shoes total up to 75.00. They are an big rip off

I placed an order on 4/28/21 order stopped moving on 5/4 but they made me wait until 5/19 to resend my order. I called because the rep told me they would expedite the replacement order they shipped it as slow as possible. I hope my order eventually gets here but honestly I will never purchase from this company again they do not care about good customer service and happy customers.

I ordered some shoes in exchange for what I had that didn't fit. Kept calling after mailing the exchange back, getting the run around that my exchange was still being processed and 1 month later my order was canceled because the item was no longer available. After that I requested a refund and canceled my account but to this day, they are still trying to pull money from my bank account after canceling. I even spoke with someone and told them to stop taking money but it still continues. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM JUSFAB AGAIN!
