I have 2 unused VIP credits, both of which are worth $39.95, when I tried to order a pair of shoes for the summer, it only credited me two separate discounts $10 + $20 credits. At one point the website reflected my VIP Credit of $39.95 and displayed a balance due of $12.95 and when I went to check out, my VIP Credit was gone, only $30 in credits had been applied and I owed $24 and change. Either honor the credits your customers are paying for on a monthly basis or don't charge them for it, it's stealing, scamming, fraud - call it what you want!
The several pairs of sandals I have purchased, I have been quite happy with. They are not only quite stylish, but comfortable too. I will definitely be purchasing more shoes in the future.

Its a bit pricey, realisticly people dont want to spend 39.95 on one top. On other boutiques and sites i can get 2 almost 3 items with $40, always of equal and sometimes of better quality... just not everyday people budget. You say vip prices but i personally think its all way over priced

I ordered a pair of sandals I needed for a wedding and when it arrived it was to small. I called customer service and they quickly told me how to send them back and get a replacement of my right size. Very polite and fast!

As someone who is AMAB and gender fluid, this site has given me a great headstart to embracing some of my more feminine aspects. My first purchase was made at an impulse after dreaming about a woman sporting some cute high heels and thinking "Man, I just gotta have a pair like that!". And now, here we are. Love the items, but items take too long to arrive. Also had no idea everything comes from China, so now all items have an export tax.
I personally don't feel discounts, styles offered are enough to keep this monthly service. The items are marked full price to then discount. To show 50% off etc. When in reality shouldn't all my items be discounted due to being a member?
It's starting to feel like a scam.
For the cost and what is offered, I can just go to the store and get the same items.

The boot was hard to get on because the zippers wouldn't budge. The Neri pump caused my feet to sweat inside the plastic portion, thus fogging up the shoe.

The heels were decent but they're not made for long skinny legs! The gladiator heels won't even stay up on my calf's there so big.

I absolutely love, love, love my blue ankle strap heeled strap sandals, fit nicely, and look great on me. If they come in a plain WIDE size then I will another pair that is of a different color.

She were the wrong size I will not be using justfab ever again. Especially with the customer service I needed that girl to do one thing and she kept going around trying to do other things that I wasn't asking for and trying to sell me more thing like just do what I need.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
