I ordered the first pair of shoes for $5. The sole was unstuck in a couple days. Ok. My husband has fixed it. Not big deal for $5, right? But in two months I discovered they charged me $39.95 every month for VIP membership which I didn't sign for! I was able to refund the second payment and cancel that VIP. But anyway It looked like I paid more than $40 for cheap shoes. Be careful people.
Only one item actually fits true to size and it was for my daughter. Unfortunately, the pair of shoes that fit her broke within 2 weeks

I have forgotten to skip months by the 5th so I have been charged which is fair. However, being charged $50 each month and then seeing items priced from $20-30 regularly is infuriating.
In addition, a number of items are cheaply made. Many items I have purchased I have returned because of the poor quality. I can't cancel my membership because I have 7 credits and I don't want to be out the money. Buyer be warned.

Great ordering experience. I needed to return the shoes that were too small. I used JustFab's shipping label. I never received a credit, refund or replacement. Just lost my money.

I received my shoes & am happy with them however, I would just like to let everyone know who shops with justfab or is thinking of shopping with justfab not to sign up for any type of membership, or vip membership. Their contact information is false in every aspect, their is absolutely no way to contact any one about cancellation. Their phone number is a scam number that will take you through a series of questions about life insurance, rodent extermination etc, their online support lets you connect with a person they send you two automated messages then you have no way to submit a response, they will respond on Facebook messenger up until you'd like to cancel & then refer you to their scam phone number. If anyone else is having this issue this is what I recommend, first I called and filed a dispute with my bank. Then I looked up the number for shoe dazzle, at first the lady told me that I had no vip membership with them, however their company works with justfab and they are able to cancel your membership right there on the phone through shoe dazzle. (I was able to cancel upon bringing this to the customer service ladies attention) however she already knew this and was trying to find away around my cancellation, then kept offering me different deals to continue membership! I definitely see a lawsuit in justfabs future! Hopefully this helps I'm sure hundreds of others unhappy with their false sense of advertisement.
JustFab Seriously if you want to stay in business I recommend fixing this immediately.

I logged on to skip last month's subscription & while everything indicated my request had been processed, I was charged anyway. I have not made a purchase in months as quality of products seems to have depreciated since I first signed up.

Orders 4 pairs, after waiting for weeks for my delivery, tracking # never showed my order being shipped, I was told my order was returned & only 2 pair of the shoes I ordered were now available. It took days to get any direct answer from customer service as the "chat now" is an automated robot who is never helpful. I order from your company for years before taking a short break & never had issues like this. Haven't placed an order since. Still debating if it's worth it

After years of membership with JustFab, I was sad to see that their styles were not as varied as previously shown. The styles of shoes offered are either dramatic colors, unnecessary decor (tassels, fringe, studs, sequins, etc.), or unavailable for purchase. How do you run out of a certain style of shoes and then never restock? Obviously it was a favorite. So sad.

I was very disappointed with the selection of shoes on the entire site. 99.9% of them were hideous! I used to order shoes from just fab all the time so I figured I'd give it a shot again but the style on the entire site is just awful

Every month just fab takes 39.95 out of my account. With that I can buy a pair of shoes or I can skip it for the month and not have them take the money out. I get free shipping and free return shipping. That's a definite plus. I find most of the shoes you true to size. I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I like sandals that have a slight platform platform and their sandals are completely flat.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
