I order 2 pairs of shoes and pair of jeans and only got one pair. I contacted customer service and they ask me to email a picture of what I got so I did and never heard back.

The shoes are cute and I love everything about them, but they are just too small. I have big feet. And I wear a size 12 and the shoes that are sold don't fit true to size. I wish that the shoes were not cut so small and I had more options.

My order was canceled without me ever being informed. I was a VIP member at the time, so I was getting an additional discount on my order, and after I checked out, I discontinued my membership. Once I realized my order was canceled days later, I was unable to get that discount back. It took me a few days of going back and forth with several representatives to place my order because (1) not all of my member credits were being applied and (2) I was told I would receive a 50% off coupon on the most expensive item in my cart, which never actually happened. I was so done dealing with this situation that I didn't even care about the discount not being applied at that point. I just wanted this mess to be over with. To be fair, the representatives were responsive, kind, and patient with me so I do not blame them, but it was definitely by far the worst experience I've ever had with online ordering. This is the only negative review I have ever given a company in my life, but I am very frustrated with the experience I had so I do not plan on buying anything from here in the future.

Ordered a pair of shoes months ago and did not know about the monthly charges until 2 months after and had already paid twice. As someone with social anxiety and absolutely hate speaking over phone it makes it hard to cancel the subscription so I don't have to get charged every month, wish they would just change it and give you the option to just press a button to cancel. Guess i have to keep reminding myself to 'skip the month' every month instead..

I have been skipping a month for a while becasue I just don't have the funds to pay $39.99 each month. But they keep charging and when I call, they say it will be refunded in 7-10 business days. I need that $39.99 for food and I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back.
Finally, to close my account, I decided to use up my credits (accured before the pandemic) and the shipments are getting lost.
They used to be so good way back in 2015 - the service and quality of goods has gone done steadily. I can't wait to close my account and I have been a member since 2013. Shame on you Justfab! Did not receive either shipment. When I called them, they said to call back on Monday.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
