I've been a member for 2 years now. My very first purchase i was sent the wrong shoe. I decided to keep my membership after being refunded. Now I am canceling my subscription as a VIP member because there are certain promos that will not allow you to use your monthly credit that you paid for. I paid my monthly fee of $39.99 for this month. They are currently running a promo that has a pair of boots marked down to $35. If I purchase the shoes I will still have to pay $42.37 now add the $39.99 I have already paid this month and that's $82.36. I was told because of the promotion my credit will not apply. So what's the point of paying for VIP Membership?
Service reps Kept hanging up the phone during mid conversation and it happened multiple times with different people after I kept starting my conversations back to square one ALL DAY from being hung up on or failed to be effectively rerouted to management as they do not know how to work their systems. The manager was beyond rude and laughed when I informed her of my stressful situation dealing with customer service when it is not funny at all. It took me over 6 hours to be connected to a supervisor after. They even made a "virtual appointment" for them to call me and I was told a director would call me at 6:30 pm today and received 0 call. They also gave me an email to reach out to management with, that apparently they do not utilize at all. Tons of miscommunication issues. Not worth your buck. They are disrespectful and not helpful. Very incompetent.

As you have seen in many reviews before, if you are a VIP member, you have a monthly charge of $39.95. I bought from this company once to get some shoes for a Halloween costume and I thought that was it; however, I continued to get charges on my bank account. Thank god I do monthly budgeting and check my account regularly, or else I would have never noticed for months on end. I didn't know that when I bought a pair of shoes on a whim for a Halloween costume, I would be signing up for a VIP Membership. When reviewing my account and seeing that $40 charge I thought someone hacked my account or there was some sort of mistake. Upon further review, it was a membership charge. I went to cancel my membership immediately via the online chat option. Chatting with the agent was confusing. I told her I didn't know I'd be getting this monthly charge, so I would like it cancelled. She proceeded to give the entire policy and how to skip the charges for a month. I didn't need that, I read the policy earlier and got all that information already and it's why I am coming to cancel. As I told her that I would still like to cancel, she said she would offer me 20% off my next purchase. Who doesn't accept 20% off? I accepted then she told me she was excited I was continuing my VIP Membership. N O. Going backwards now. I told her again, I don't want a membership, and frankly nothing to do with the entire company as a whole. She finally cancelled my membership, and that was that.
To summarize if you shop with Just Fab, you might have accidentally signed up for the VIP Membership, and nobody really knows what that means. You will get a monthly charge of $39.95 whether you like it or not. Agents are not completely helpful and want to you to stay a member no matter what, so tell them exactly what you want and don't give into their offers.

This has happen to me twice now. I sign up for the VIP so I can get the $10 for my shoes, well I did not realized that they will charge me for VIP services if I don't use them. "If you don't shop or "Skip The Month" by the 5th, your payment method will be charged $39.95 for a member credit on the 6th until you cancel. Member credits can be used towards your next purchase." I do not shop regularly on Justfab, so why on earth would you charge something like this to anyone's account. I was lived when I found this charge... At this point, I don't know if I will ever shop there.

Bought a pair of boots for my birthday they were really cheap. I was happy with them but two months down the line I haven't got the boots anymore as the sole came off and they are taking £35 from bank each month. Wasn't clear that they would do this either. Will not be buying nothing from them again. BE AWARE and AVOID.

When i was young, i was a bodybuilder. As part of my exercise, i used to jog in high heels. (great legs) im 70 now and due to spine problems, cant walk... but im in pt, and learning how again. As part of my new exercise, i bought the sweetest pair of boots from you. I love them! So far i can only stand in them, but ill get there. The boots have inspired me to press on. I signed up as a VIP member and my first pair of shoes were only $10! And I got a discount on my second pair. I checked out and only paid $33 for two pairs of boots! Unheard of! And the selection of shoes/boots is amazing. Definitely recommend.

The shoes were great just too big, I tried to initiate a return and the website kept giving me error messages. I waited a week and tried again, same thing. I'm not past the 30 day return period and now I'm stuck with shoes that are way to big on me

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
