My wife had previously used justfab to buy a pair of shoes. Decided to cancel the membership. Used the live chat service once, they said it was successfully canceled. My wife contacted them a week later by live chat to make sure it was canceled. We find out months later we are still getting charged $40 per month, no emails or promotions to show we were still a member of the site. So turns out we were just burning $40 every month. We called them, got the account "canceled" again. We will see if it actually is or not. They didn't even offer a refund or try to compensate us for this mess up. Terrible company.

I ordered shoes on Nov. 9th ‘21 and received a notification that it's on its way on Nov. 19th saying that my package has been shipped and it will arrive soon. Here it is Dec. 11th and no package. Never had this problem before and I'm really disappointed that there's no way to really track my package. Not knowing where something is that I paid money for really doesn't sit well with me. Luckily, customer service was helpful, explained that Covid is hot in some spots and delays should be expected and gave me credits, but at least have a sufficient tracking system to make sure it's still on its way and not lost in transit! These were Christmas presents and I'm pretty doubtful that they'll on time now. Super bummed.

JustFab has never been a problem. I love their merchandise. It always fits. The only problem I do/did have is one of the Curriers they use " Lasership ". However the currier actually delivered my last item in record time and with no confusion on their ability to find my address. So at this moment all is good.

The shoes are never the right size, cheaply made and always look much better on-line. I got a pair of sandals and the straps that go across your foot were not even in the same spot. So when you had them on you could clearly see they were off. The bottoms were like walking on a piece of wood. Needless to say, they never made it out of the house. I ordered a pair of tennis shoes I am a 7 1/2 and the shoes that I got said they were my size, but when I walked my foot came out of the shoe. Good thing my best friend has a little bigger feet so I gave them to her. Now I have all these points I have to use up so I try to stick with the clothes.

It was a great experience, an easy shopping trip. They had what I wanted, in the size that I wanted. When I did receive my item, I was very happy with the quality. They were actual winter boots, with some cushion! I could wear them to look fashionable and to be comfortable; no better match. However I tried them on my legs were a bit too short for the length they came in, for the size I chose. They were past my knees and well that wasn't the look I wanted. So I tried to begin the return and for some reason on the website it said I couldn't get my money back only store credit. I immediately called JustFab and the nice gentleman was able to help me. It was smooth sailing from there.

Shoes and boots have no real grip and have you sliding. Material is tight and hard. Not true to size at all. Not worth the purchase, even at a discounted price.

My sneaker hole broke when I was tying my shoe. So now they are uneven when I tie them up. I must say they are comfortable.

I was excited to shop cyber Monday and had 4 items to purchase. However, when checking out, the site would not accept the expiration date on my card, which was 02/22. I tried several times and continued to get the error message, "Please enter a valid expiration date."So, after many attempts, including trying again the next day. I actually did not purchase anything.

After a month goes by since the order I contact customer service and it took like 6 hours for an employee to respond to my chat message which would have been fine had there been an automated message stating it would be a while. Instead it felt like I was never going to get a response then it came at 10 pm. I tried to cancel the membership but nowhere on the website is that an option so I had to wait to get charged and then contact customer service again. Both employees were nice and helpful but overall I'd never shop here again

I believe I made a purchase from your site in the beginning of November and still have not received it. Called customer service and they looked into the problem but let me know to give a call back if I didn't receive my package after 9 days. I have purchased from you before so I wouldn't hold this one against the company as I haven't had any issues in the past with deliveries. Guess it's the time of year. Hope to get my package soon.

My shoes never arrived and were sent back. According to shipper no street number was on package. Then what I ordered was out of stock. This is not the first time this has happened and not the first time after returned to you I was unable to get what I ordered. Your VIP program is useless because if I do not order or cancel which has happened I get a store credit that is only good for a pair of 39.95 shoes. I should be able to use 39.95 throughout the store. I paid 39.95 and should be able to use towards any purchase. Never again will I purchase here. Also have had multiple shoes come apart between sole and upper especially peep toe. Heel taps come off frequently and materials scuff to easily. I received my refund from final purchase via check in mail which is utterly ridiculous since you pull money electronically from my account. Your service team is never helpful. I am glad to finally no longer be a customer.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
