Company is disorganized and didnt tell mei was signing up for $40 subscription. Got a refund the first time and was only given$25 back. Second time i called and got full refund and the day later $25 was taken back out of my accout from them. Extremely upset and will nuver buy from again. Actual product is not that bad but could be higher quality for sure. The ridiculous tagging and tricking is how they get you. I am a high school student, i do not have money like this for them to just take it. Owe me $40 in total i never got from refunds.
I've tried buying shoes twice now from JustFab and both times the shoes just seemed very cheaply made and were really uncomfortable. Most of them also didn't fit even though they were my size. When I went to return my first order, I had to call customer service because I wasn't able to have a return label created from the return area in my online account. For the second order, it isn't giving me an option to refund my credit card, even though I paid with a credit card. So I have to call customer service again. Overall, wouldn't recommend purchasing shoes from here.

My package says it's been delivered and it was delivered to the wrong address! I tried to contact customer service all day yesterday and can't get through to get this taken care of. I keep getting disconnected or the chat gets ended on me before anyone fixes the issue. I'm a VIP member and I paid expedited shipping on my shoes that just " disappeared " and I can't get anyone to fix this issue.

I joined JustFab and was excited about getting the first special offer. I purchased a pair of boots for $10, and ordered 2 additional pairs. For some reason they were never reached me and in fact showed up as a return to them. I never received notice from them that it had returned. I guess I just missed that promotion. I have ordered 2 more and received the order just fine. The boots are nice quality and there seems to be specials run regularly.

I have no idea why I was charged $39.95 and was unable to reverse the charge. I do not recall reading any fine print regarding recurrent fees or anything. Quite deceiving and a theft. I canceled and will definitely be taking my business somewhere else, especially after having bought one pair on promo and can't really wear them because they are hard and quite uncomfortable

I purchased a couple pairs of boots they did not fit so I wanted to return them. I contacted the company, they immediately sent me an RMA. It was hassle free. I would recommend them 100%

Terrible packaging and the subscription takes your $$ and states that you can use it in future order but it does not give you a clear option on how to use those funds in the check out process. When I called customer service they offered me $10!

I always wear a size 9. Don't know what size 9 foot is supposed to go in one pair of tennis shoes but not mine. The selection sucks bad.

Shipping was fast and shoes were received in excellent conditions.
On the website it is difficult to navegate and use the credits as it does not allow you to use it. If the app can be improved -a advertisement pop up comes up every other second and it's not user friendly.
I cancelled because I had a credit and was not able to use it, then called and customer service was not able to apply my 39.95 credit. The website and app needs work and be easy to improve the customer experience.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
