Everything was on sale and I was happy to receive so much for so little!
The loafers I purchased, two different sizes were shipped. I ordered a size 8, the pair I received, the left shoe is a size 8, the right 7.5. Tried to return it, I was told I'd receive some sort of shipping label via email, and to attach to package and ship from any postal service facility free of charge. I could not believe there was no other way to facilitate my return, as I would have had to print the shipping label. I do NOT have a printer, not everyone has a printer, folks, I have no need for one! I was extremely dissatisfied. Actually no, I was livid! I requested a refund, I also needed to update my profile on your site. I was told the system was down at the moment. Really?! Seriously?! That was about two months ago, I haven't shopped on your site since. And by the way, I never did receive that shipping label either.

I brought a pair of boots. The web site doesn't inform you that the boots contain ingredients that cause cancer ( known as the prop 65 warning, in california it is illegal to sale items that contain these chemicals without warning the buyer with a label I stating so) but once I got them delivered the warning was in the box, had I known before hand I would have never ordered them. Then comes the skip a month or get charged and for store credit. I had 1 credit that I was NEVER able to use because everytime I tried to login and reset my password, customer service and the website would send me an invalid link that led nowhere! I went back and forth with them for over a year just trying to log in! Finally my sister wanted something from the site and I finally thought I can get rid of this stupid credit and get a Christmas gift for her. But Still the same bull with not being able to log in. Only after telling customer service that I refuse to try to use the link to reset my password because it been the same crap for over a year they offered to refund my credit. I am waiting to see how long it takes to get my money back. Too bad I cant get the coat for my sister, but am glad to be done with such a terrible company.

If not on sale it can be expensive. But you can't beat the fit, and quality of the materials. Love the variety. Wish it wasn't always in USD. Paying the exchange rate to CDN can make it pricey when sales aren't going on.

After placing an order on Nov 26 for 3 clothing items and 4 pairs of shoes I received the clothing items about 2 weeks later however the shoes when they did not arrive I contacted just fab every day for a week and a 1/2 in every day I've contacted them I was told that they were in route they were being shipped and I would have them as soon as possible and then all of a sudden on December 15th I'm told that the shoes were for reasons unknown to just fab returned to sender Even after 1/2 of the order was already delivered on top of that when I went to reorder the items 2 of the items were unavailable in the size I ordered and they debited my vip account 2200 points, 2 days later after the order was finally shipped I inquired about the 2200 points they subtracted but never returned at which point I was told they will credit them back once the items ship, here we are another 3 days later and 4 phone calls and I have still not been credited for the 2200 points they subtracted because of an error caused by them

Theyre nice boots but definitely not very wide calf. Sucks I couldn't keep them, they fit my 12 year old though who doesn't have wide calves

My experience with just fab has always been wonderful i just have one suggestion far as your sports bras they need to come in bigger sizes 3x shouldn't be where the size stop at I'm plus size and the 3x cuts into my skin other than that no problems.

I thought this would be fun to try and they had a special on two pairs of shoes, so I bought two pairs of shoes. I received one pair of shoes. They just straight up decided to not ship one of my shoes. The shipping confirmation said both pairs were shipped in one package. Lies. I email customer service not once. Not twice. Not thrice. But four different times with NO RESPONSE. I finally called and they were out of stock of the pair of shoes that never came. They let me pick a different pair but there was really no other ones I liked. So I ended up with a pair of shoes I didn't even want because they won't just give me a refund. It HAD to be a credit. They clearly weren't going to fix the problem on their own, and when I reached out MANY times, they barely fixed it then. I hate this company. Will never order from them again. I just keep skipping months until I get a chance to call and cancel. They make it such a pain to even cancel your lame subscription.

So I decided to try just Fab thinking I was ordered a pair of boots for 10.00 got charged 57.00 cannot understand. The ad said first time buyer gets a first time deal for ten dollars.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
