I called customer service regarding my order. I had been waiting several weeks for it to arrive. I was told they didn't have one of the items in stock and that I could have credit for my account. I asked could I have a refund instead and they said yes. I never got my refund and they added credit to my account. I no longer want the account.
Every purchase I got including shoes a purse and a skirt was so perfect.

I placed an order for 3 pairs of boots. They were not delivered even after a month. And the tracking information said that the package had not arrived at the carrier facility. On contacting customer support, they said they'd place a replacement order for 1 of the items in the original order. The other 2 items were out of stock by then. In addition to this, the advertised promotional offer of $10 for my first purchase could not be applied to this pair. I requested for a refund. I didn't want to waste any more time on this site.

Loved the shoes but had to return it 2x. First time it was too big, long on the heel part. When I got an exchange for a smaller one, I just did not like the fit. The fabric is beautiful but felt too loose on my feet and felt that it was not going to be supportive as I walk

My order was delayed. When my order showed delivered, I could not find it. The delivery company said it was left on my porch. I don't have a porch. I messaged with customer service for weeks. Customer service directed me to work with the delivery service. I'm at a dead end with no order, no refund and no help.
