I love these boots so much that I ordered them & they didn't look like the heels were that high? I used to wear heels that high when I was younger. I can't wear them high anymore, so I had to send them back!

There's never good styles in wide width. When it's time to skip you forget and their taking from your account. Next your looking at your account and your balance is low, they shouldn't do that if your not ready to purchase you shouldn't have to.

Order on a Friday and almost 4 weeks with no update about order I decided to call customer service and was told my order was sent back to the factory. But i was still, in fact charged for the order I never received.

I was a bit disappointed in the amount of selection offered this year. I was a member about two years ago and stopped it. I signed up again to purchase clothes and shoes for Fall and Winter for myself and my two grown daughters. Very few blouses, if any, few sweaters, no slacks, and very few offerings with shoes - seems like just boots. - problems as well getting in my and my daughters size 11 shoe

All of the pairs that I received are defective one boot is bigger than the other, no wonder they were cheap it was to good to be true, I got all of them on a sale, I really like the quality of them but what really messed it up was that it doesn't fit right and I know it's the boots because I put them right next to each other and they are uneven! I couldn't even return them because I didn't even receive the shipping label.

The wait was too long. It was almost a month before I received my item. To be exact it was one day from a month. The item had a scratch at the top of the boot.

Got charged for a membership fee when I didn't know this was going to happen. Luckily they refunded my money in a timely fashion. I still don't trust them.

The sherpa wedge bootie was designed without a zipper and impossible to get foot in. Exchanged 1st pr thinking it was originally the wrong size but indeed it was poor practical design.
