I had the membership for a few months. Never liked any of the shoes but kept ordering bc they look so cute in the website and I had hope. I've ordered every kind of shoe; sneakers, boots, sandals, and heels. Never actually wore any because they look so cheap and are so uncomfortable. The price seems too good to be true because it is. The shoes are a complete waste of money.

Justfab is just full of s***! Everytime I try to call and cancel my membership, the phone picks up and hangs up on their end like they're going to bully me into allowing them to take my money! If I want to buy something, I will buy it, I don't need you taking money when I am out of town and need every dime especially when it comes to something that won't allow me to cancel! True enough they refunded my money for 5-7 business days after they took it but it only took them 2 seconds to take and I don't want to hear my bank may take 5-7 days when I receive checks and any other money to my card in NO MORE THAN 2 MINUTES! My phone has blurry screenshots and why the Hell do I have to give you proof of something you sent when I left the #?!

Its a total scam. Do not even know where to start. Cancell it after the first pair of shoes because it will cost you lots of money otherwise. They trick you, dont inform of everytime they take 39 euros, which those shoes btw, are not worth it at all. Horrible customer service, over all I feel tricked. Lost more than 120 euro's on this.

I am very impressed with my purchase as a VIP customer. I ordered over $1,000 worth of items and I only paid less than $100. Though the purchase was done late November 2021 when there was a huge delays due to the flood in Vancouver, I was pleasantly surprised, as all my shipment was delivered by 1st week in December. I am very happy with the leather jackets, trousers, boot, sandals, shoes and other clothing. Thank you so much JustFab.

Ok so I'm just gonna leave a tiny tip for all my gals pals I know there shoes are always top notch quality but some are darn well with the 50 to 75 bucks since finding just fab an shoedazzle and learning a secret method to how in 1 year I built up from 5 pairs of ankle boots to about 12 ankle or above ankle boots and atleast 35 knee high or thigh high boots and even the one pair of stelllette slouch boots I didn't think I'd like went back in bought all 4 colours sometime if I like they style instantly I buy every course they have that I like.
Secret is ladies change you email every time you want you first pair for 10$ n second at 15. Or whatever it ur your gonna have to find me.

My wife always makes me surfing the internet in order to find a good marketplace where we could buy nice clothes. Basically, I know that there are plenty of such online shops however we recently faced this one and have decided to buy here some clothes for my wife. She required it because she had to go for a new job and the main task for her was to buy a new dress. We started to explore the assortment and found couple of nice dresses. We ordered them here and they were delivered pretty fast. I personally have never met such a fast delivery. Guess that it's the fastest one.

There was no communication from the justfab for the longest time to as to where is my parcel. The shoes I ordered were nice, but isn't durable. It is uncomfortable & not very high quality

Quick and easy to. Purchae items. Great customer service and the packaging was really classy. One of the boots I ordered did not fit at first. So I had to really stretch it for this to fit.

I bought three pairs of boots they look beautiful but the heels were too high for me it is really uncomfortable to walk with them. I wish the website had other options because a lot of boots are really high as the one's I bought. Now I don't know what to do because I like them but I probably won't wear them.

Bought my first pair of boots at $10, came out to less than $17, had my boots in less than a week, and they were exactly what I wanted. Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
