Very happy and satisfied with the product great quality
I've been a member of Just Fab for about 7 years or so and the over the phone customer service is fine and usually helpful, but the quality of the shoes have started to fade. I recent purchased 2 pairs of "flats" ballet and a loafer. But the shoes don't have a grip - meaning a textured bottom so that it doesn't feel like I am going to slip or slide. SO I only wear those shoes for Carpeted events. My second dislike is how a credit cannot be split or used on a purchase of lesser value. Example, I want shoes that are $42, the credit is $35 or so and I would just pay the difference, right? Incorrect the website does not allow such things.

I gave 4 stars because I had a experience with justfab canceling my order before and your customer service representative did not do there job correctly with my refund. Justfab did not do the cancelation process all the way through in order to get my refund. I like justfab but justfab needs more work done in doing your job the right way and stop giving the run around with people money.

I did not receive this order until months after I originally ordered it! I did not even receive any correspondence from your company about where it was or why it was so late. Also, the pants were very low quality and did not look like they did in the picture.

After I've ordered my pair of boots, I've waited more than 2 weeks for my package to arrive so I ended with my package being sent back to JUSTFAB. I couldn't wait any longer so I had to issue a refund of my purchase and they'd kindly respected my situation with them. I don't know why their shipping it's not on time plus all the delays.

I have big feet and just fab is one of the only places that doesn't exclude me! Love it. If there were better padding or insoles in the shoes would be the only thing that would get th 5th star.

I'm very dissatisfied with the products sold by JustFab. I was very disappointed when I bought a pair of shoes and a recent sweater that I'll never wear basically said the the material used on the items could cause cancer. Really? I can't afford to take that chance and can't believe Ayesha Curry would put her name on JustFab. This is why I cancelled my prescription.

Had to buy them a second time, first time (size 8)they were too small so I gave them to my friend and then I ordered again in 2 sizes up just in case I ordered size 9. Cute boots

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
