The clothes, a dress and pair of shorts was not fitting to size. They are fitting small. I have not gained weight and have been this size for 20 years. I have no problem with the size I selected when purchasing clothes from other stores either in person or online. I'll have to go to the trouble of returning the items. Very disappointed since I really like the clothes.

I've been a customer for years and have never had an issue…until now. I had to return my entire order. One didn't fit and the other never arrived. The representative listened to my issue and resolved it quickly.

I have been shopping with JF for years and I Love it!
I see these people saying its's a scam because they were charged 39.99 a month. They just don't properly read stuff when placing orders. Its part of their VIP plan & you can cancel or skip any month and they will NOT charge you. I have been a VIP for many years and I have skipped months easily... with NO charge to my card. Again, some people want to blame a company and they don't do their do diligence.
I have NEVER had shoes fall apart on me. I have shoes that still look like new condition for years. Their clothing as well. I have had a few items I didn't love, but that comes with any label, store, etc.

The sandals I bought were mediocre. The sling backs I bought were so loose. And these slip on heels were of raw straw like material that are tough to wear. Only be worn in short increments.

I truly love everything about JustFab. I just got yet another big delivery from my subscription over the years. Made a whole outfit, including bag, dress, and shoes, minus the last accessory I'm waiting to build another month with just my VIP credits! Now the prices in cash, I sometimes don't like, but the specials are good and right on time and it's nothing wrong with last season, especially if you are an Insider and don't get out much. Every appearance is the 1st time on the runway! Selection is good, customer service is better. As I mentioned before in an earlier review, I would love to see more girls my color represented on JustFab, but other than that, keep up the good work!

Customer service is an absolute joke. It took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls just to cancel my subscription. Then they tried getting me to pause my subscription instead. Maybe if it wasn't for the horrible service prior too, I may have considered it. Quality of the shoes compared to price is defiantly not worth it either. Designer prices, but second hand quality.

As always, packed well, arrived promptly. My only complaint was that the other two colors were sold out! The shoes are a trim shape and very comfortable, and cool because of the fabric mesh. The only one in my size that was left were the red ones and I love them. If the black and light blue both come back you can bet I'll be buying them too!

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
