Came quick was cute my only problem is I feel they should have more clothes for big women, and they need to stop showing the same things over and over lots of times they don't have anything I want and before I can say I'm not shopping for the month my money is already out.

I loved the shoes I bought from just fab. They are comfortable and affordable. I did have a problem with some of the heels, my problem, not the shoes themselves. Customer service was beyond helpful and accommodating. I was able to switch sizes for 2 and get a refund for the others. I decided to get store credit instead of a refund, because let's face it, I'm going to shop more. It was a wonderful experience and I am proud to be a V. I. P. Member. They do a great job!

Never received package. Wouldn't have known it was out of stock had I not called about skipping the month and cancelling the membership. It was only a reminder why I cancelled the first time I had an account.
