It is a good business model and has good costumer service and good digital work but the diversity of their products is not for everyone. I had to cancel my men because most of the footwear doesn't meet proportions of wide foot. And hurts my skin or doesn't fit properly.

I've made a recent purchase, decided to do the after payment. Order was on its way, the day it was out for delivery. Never made it to me. Post office sent it back, I called fab line, put me in as the 12th caller. Never called back, I've called three times already trying to see if I can get the order resent, or at least figure something out. I definitely wanted my order. Never an issue, I really like JustFab. A bit discouraged.

If you're okay with shopping at shops like Forever 21 and okay with that quality then you'll be fine with Just Fab. The part that I hate is I want to cancel but I can not get my money back from the "credit" or amount withdrawn for forgetting to "skip a month". That's my fault and I take accountability for that but their purchasing system sucks.
When I did purchase 2 items at half off, but ran out of stock for one Item. They would not credit me the amount for this item. Instead I was charged the full amount for the 2nd item. Like HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? When I brought this up to their customer service, they could not resolve since the credit i used is not something they can easily re-credit since it's in whole amounts. It's confusing and frustrating. The conversation went no where and they did not have their manager follow-up with me. I let it go for the sake of my sanity. I'm still a member just to use up the rest of the "VIP credit" with the free shipping. The products aren't even decent quality so I'll be donating or gifting it.

I have been traveling outside the country when I order my purchase. The delivery was fast, and the quality of the shoes are great. I bought them with the purpose of having a dual shoe that I could use in the span of the seasons. The feel doable and resistant and the look is as fashionable as the pictures!

Twice I had to contact you to send out my exchange. The exchange that I've been got, one of the pairs of shoes was defective. I requested another exchange, a hold was put on a pair until I sent out the damaged pair. I had to once again solicit you to send out the exchange and now I'm being told that the pair that was put on hold until you received the defective pair was sold. So now I don't get the shoes I really wanted.

I was about to place an order for a $14.95 pair of shoes and to use my $39.95 credit. At checkout I owed a balance. And I'm supposed to have VIP status, which doesn't mean much. I'm confused and will likely cancel my subscription. It's not working for me, any more.

JustFab had an amazing promotional sale and I just had to see what they had to offer. I was able to get a few things for myself as well as a few items for my daughter from FabKids. One of the shoes I ordered was too big so I returned that item for store credit. JustFab offers amazing products.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
