I had credit to use and bought some clearance shoes. I was not looking to buy anything but use my credit so I can close my account. Only to find out I had more credit added to my account as I tried to close it. Guess this is how they keep you as a member. I'll keep the account open to get more credit add to my account.
The Item was good. But one thing I'm disappointed is when I tried to buy again and used my credit point $49 it won't me to process it..

I've been shopping at JustFab since 2015, and I've had mostly good experiences. MOST of the shoes I've bought have fit perfectly and been very comfortable. But 2 or 3 of the pairs I've bought have had something wrong with the way the insole was placed in that specific pair, and I've had to either add an insert into the shoe, or give them to a friend. Considering I've bought at least 20 pairs of shoes that had no issues, I'd say I'm a satisfied customer. But the few times I have to give away a pair because it's not easy to return them, it was very disappointing.
The clothing I've gotten from JustFab has always been pretty satisfying. You know exactly what you're getting, and I've never found the clothing to run small. My favorite sun hat and sunglasses are also from JustFab, but I have never gotten any jewelry.
I only recommend JustFab to people I know will remember to skip the month though, as it was not easy to cancel back in the day. I think you can cancel online now, but you used to have to call to cancel. I myself set a reminder in my calendar to skip the month, and I find that works for me very well.
Customer service is very helpful. I've moved a few times, and forgotten to update my address until after I've made a purchase and received the confirmation email. They're very helpful and very willing to work with you.

The representative that helped me was very helpful however I still haven't received a credit for an item that was sent back. It was 2 items on the return however only one return slip was in the box. I would really appreciate someone looking into this matter. It was the same item in 2 different color.

My experience with Justfab.com has changed due to not enough selection of shoes, boots, plus size clothing, or new option clothing and shoes for the kids. I choose clothing for my son and choose one size bigger for my son shirts and the shirt shrank for first time use. So I am disappointed with the clothing and shoes. The kid shoes light up, but they don't have anything to recharge the shoes lights. My son loves his little shoes that light up. But unfortunately the shoes wont last long.

I was busy and forgot to skip the month so i was charged and had no choice to purchase shoes for $39.95.
Disappointed in the shoes. It smelled moldy and the shoes were uncomfortable and felt like cheap plastic.
I will be ending my membership.

I have been with Just Fab for several years now. I consider myself a walking advertisement. I first started out with purchasing just shoes then I ventured out on clothing. The whole having to login in and reject my monthly boutique or else they withdraw nearly $50 a mo is a joke. It doesn't make me feel like I have to now go and buy anything, it actually has the opposite effect. I now wish to cancel and never deal with JustFab again.

I'm always happy with the shoes I purchase from JustFab. I just have to choose the right size for certain style of shoes (i. E., one size larger for pointy shoes).

The only time I have ever been disappointed in my experiences wit JustFab is when I went back to order several pairs of jeans I loved, they were so popular I could only get one pair. Just Fab has always be just fabulous. I bought my wedding dress, boots for my daughter and teenaged granddaughters… I love this company.
