I am a long time customer of JustFab and I absolutely love your shoes. However lately the shoes are a lil smaller than usual & I'm considering cancelling my subscription.
I have been a member for a very long time. I hate shopping in person so Justfab fits me.
I wish the credits would work a bit better with sales but overall I am happy with my membership.

Ordered 3 pairs of similar boots and got 2 of the same thing. I just deactivated my account and needed to use the credits so I didn't want to deal with the hassle of reactivating it just for the exchange - especially if in involved talking to someone. Every time I attempted to cancel my subscription in the past the rep was aggressive in making sure I didn't, so I'm grateful for the added feature to do it online. Outside of that, they've been good at resolving any issues with wrong orders, confirming credits, etc. I'd stay on but I haven't been good about skipping the months so the arbitrary charges have been adding up.

The ordering process was good. I like that my credit was automatically added to my checkout. I love the dress,but the collar is very overwhelming. I plan on getting it reduced.

My package was lost by the Fedex and Justfab offered to re-ship the package while the case was still being process with Fedex. Fedex closed the case with a "lost package" status. Fast forward a couple of weeks when I received the replacement package, some of the items in my order didn't work for me, not to mention the quality was terrible (cheap looking shoes with scuffs and glue showing on the edges). I called customer service to process an exchange for different items but they refuse to process the exchange (they only offer exchanges for same item in different size or color) or to provide a refund alleging I had made the purchase with store credit (resulting from the lost package). They told me I needed to contact Fedex to "change the status of the packe from delivered to lost" even thought the case was closed with a "lost package" status. Not fair that the customer is held responsible for their logistics mistakes and the incompetent carries they choose to partner with. I would never give my business to this site again and would not recommend to anyone. I hope my experience helps other customers to stay away from their shady business or at least to be aware of what to expect if you decide to give your money to them.

The clothing items I ordered were not as displayed. The sweatshirt was supposed to be waist length but it was a basically a crop top and the jeans were child size in length and not for an adult.

Everything was fine, except I couldn't fit 2 of the 5 pairs of boots I purchased. The wide width wasn't in stock. That was my only issue with my purchase. Everything else was great.

They used to always fit me perfectly true to size. Lately I've been receiving shoes and boots that are either far too large or far too small but most of them fit but are a bit snug. I have spent a lot of money and time with this company because of the true to size fit, beautiful styles, and convenience so hoping this matter is resolved. Overall, I love Just Fab!

They are perfect! I have bigger calves so I was afraid they wouldn't fit or be hard to put on but they are perfect!

Against my better judgement I bought a black pair that looked alot like the pair of boots that I'd been wanting for along time through this company. I read everything about these boots, it did and still does say accepts returns and exchanges and this is 1 of the places where they got me, I can return and get credited for the boots only not the shipping or I can exchange them for the boot entirely. The boots are the problem! Not the size, they won't zip up and I read all of the other comments with other people having this problem so why would I want this boot exchanged? I simply wanted to exchange them for a different boot. Apparently that's not allowed. So now I how I have to return these messed up boots out of my busy schedule and then I'll my money back minus the shipping because I was sent these worthless boots! Then I will be cancelling my subscription for good!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. They were all too big. Could only return one and exchange the other for another size. For the pair that was returned, because the wedge had scratches everywhere, like they were used, I only received $20 back, when two-39.95 credits plus $17 out of pocket was used for the purchase. For the other pair, I ordered the next size down, but that duck boot was still too big (like 3 sizes too big)! I wear a 9 and they fit like my husband's shoes. He wears a 13 in men's. The customer service chat rep said they didn't have a smaller size but would initiate a refund return for that item. I sent the boots back, received the tracking receipt from USPS, but I currently have not received my refund. Now I'm out of 2 credits and have no shoes to show for it. I'm canceling the VIP membership and steering clear from these thieves.

I love the boots they look nicely wear nice they're mostly comfortable although they could have a little more arch support otherwise they're great boots

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
