I ordered size 10 wide width boots. They look fabulous, but there is no way they are WW. I can not get my foot in them. Oh well, that's what I get for having wide feet.

Fine. Always easy to order. I did have to call customer service, because they initially charged me for an order that I had credits to cover, but he was easy to understand, and really nice!

I loved the site until they charged me 49.95 even though I skipped the month. I tried using their phone number, which is a scam line trying to give you life alert necklaces, their live chat didn't work, and their fb chat"couldn't understand my problem". I'm pretty sure it's a scam all together at this point. Justfab, if you read this plz respond with a working phone number so we can work this out.

Omg my boots looks just like the picture. The size fits perfect and I just love love loves the color. The packaging was great. And they came early so I had them before Thanksgiving. I will be ordering again. I just order my grandbaby some boots. Can't wait to show y'all.

I was charged for product I did not ask for nor did I receive. I will not be paying for shoes sent or stolen. I got my 4 pair of boots that I requested but the 2 or 3 extra pair you sent to the address are not my responsibility. I tried to explain what happened, but you ignored my complaint now you want me to pay for shoes I do not have. Do better the next time please!

Shoe selection:
The shoe selection is really cute sometimes, but not very robust. I was searching for cute/simple wedge platforms and boots over 7 months, but it seems to lack the necessary basics. So many cute shoes are ruined with weird patterns or colors.
Price:
The price is okay - it seems like you're getting a great deal with all the discounts they always throw in, but then you forget you're paying it in the monthly fee ($50/month)
Membership:
The $50/month membership was fine when they emailed you 5 days before you'd get charged (you have the option to skip the month), but they stopped sending those email reminders, which led to being charged on months when nothing cute was available. Not really a pro tip, but if you try to quit, they'll give you more deals. Insist on quitting 3 times with the live chat agent for the best deals.
This has run it's course with me, hope it gets better!

Im very surprised and disappointed on the appearance of my package when it was delivered. I normally have a great experience with the company and delivery. But, my package arrived in poor condition. Either it was tape poorly for delivery or someone opened my package and attempted to re-tape it.

It was an accident on my end that I didn't put in the right address. I was upset at the fact that when it wasn't delivered no one reached out to get the right information let alone to tell me there was a problem at all. Until I looked & investigated myself why I hadn't gotten my package. By the time I reached out to get my packaged delivered they said they couldn't do much since they didn't have the inventory any longer. Upset because I feel as they could've sent an email/call or something to avoid this

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
