I ordered shoes they never came when I asked why they told me because the address was used for multiple accounts I let them know that only my account would be used they agreed to continue to ship my order and I never received anything not an explanation.

I ordered my size 8.5 had to return very small so I exchanged for 9. The 9 fits like the 8.5, then ordered 9.5 which fit too big like a size 10. Boot color very nice for season, heel height nice. Size is not true.

Ordered beginning of December to receive before Christmas and i received after Christmas. Package shipped and stayed in one spot for two weeks and was promised to be here before Christmas and got it a week after Christmas.

Got the black boots for my mom and she loves them! She said they are very comfortable. Really wanted to keep them for myself. Had them delivered to my work and my boss wanted to keep them too. I have loved everything I have gotten!

The shopping is so easy. The size charts are exactly fitted to the body frame you have. I gained a lot of weight after giving birth and working to remove it in a healthy timeline. Still 50lbs to go & didn't know my exact size. Afrer using the size guide I was able to order according to it & I am extremely happy with the outcome. It brought tears to my eyes & boyfriend has really been feeling these jeans.lol

I got the timberland looking style shoes in 5.5 and I could barely get my foot in they're so stiff, I don't have time to return them so I'm just gonna call this one a loss, but I love you guys

I bought the boots to wear in snow. It had good grip and perfectly warm with thick socks in it. (works fine with regular socks too I think). They are stylish too so went well with the outfit!
