My package was tracked to Ohio on December 21st and has never arrived or updated tracking since that date.
I ordered a pair of boots from just fab on December 14th. The third party deliver send an email on December 20th saying the boots were delivered at 542 pm. I went outside to get them the boots were no where to be found. Not in front of my door, not in the hallway they were a no show. I got an email from just fab with a statement. Don't see your boots sometimes the deliver says its delivered please contact us if it's not there in a couple of hrs. I contacted justfab to let them know that I don't have my boots. They told me to wait until the 23rd it should be there. That didn't happen. Justfab wants to keep the money for a pair of boots that I didn't receive that's dishonest. I paid for my boots before you sent them to me that was in good faith that I would have my boots as promised. Don't punish me for a dishonest delivery person. I don't want credit bc I don't want to deal with justfab as long as they deal with Lasership they haven't investigated to find out what happened to my boots and want to keep my money.I don't take what happened lightly. Don't devalue what I loss.

The lady that helped me was nice and polite. She told me what I needed to go in order to complete the refund. I don't like your process to return an exchange. I have to call back once you get the return to get my refund. But beside that everything was good.

Fur portion would be acceptable if boot wasn't so cheap looking. They look like fireman boots with fur.

Ordered twice in the past 45 days, 7 pairs of boots all listed as wide calf. Nothing measured the same size in the footbed or the calf. The design of the boots with heels cause 100% of the pressure and weight to be on the ball of your foot instead of allowing some weight to be shifted to your heel. Do not buy heeled footwear from this company and be prepared to have to buy and return multiple boots to find the correct size.

The boots were too big and the dress didn't fit right so I initiated a return and exchange. The site states it is easy to make returned etc but for some reason it stated there was an issue and will not continue with processing my return. Highly disappointed.

I made a purchase on December 23,2022 and I have not received an recent update as to where my order is. I understand that the holidays can cause shipping to have delays, but it would be fair if I could get daily updates so that I can update my order. I am a recently new VIP customer and this is not good advertisement for someone who is just joining this team.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
