Unfortunately I'll be canceling my account. Nothing that I have ordered lately fits properly. It's all too big In the wrong spots and too small in others. I would return my purchases but I live over an hour away from the nearest mail depot and it wastes more money in fuel than just selling everything in a garage sale. I'm just not impressed with your products.

I have yet to receive my boots nor a location of them. A shipping label has been made, but the package has not been picked up.

JustFab has great styles and quick shipping. Returns are easy when you need to exchange something. I have never had a bad experience.

The pair of boots i got was absolutely stunning with good quality for $10 only. However, i didnt like the idea of the VIP membership and the recurring monthly charge for VIP membership.
I purchased a pair of water proof snow boots which came in, in perfect condition that i caught on sale. A month later, there is a charge to my account for $49.95 that i did not authorize from JUSTFAB.COM

Absolutely Horrendous Delivery service! My package was left in an unsecured place, not near my handicapped apartment and could have been easily stolen. Had to go out late at night in the freezing cold & darkness in order to find it. Things are supposed to be delivered directly to my door, why did I pay for shipping if I had to go searching for it? This Delivery service that was used NEVER DELIVERS TO MY DOOR AND DOES NOT HANDLE COMPLAINTS which I've had to do at least 20 times and NOT ONCE did they respond correctly. Reached out to Just Fab and was only offered 20% off future order even after I explained that I just had my 14th surgery and I was in a cast and wouldn't be able to order any shoes in the near future. Love the Boots, definitely am completely unsatisfied with the Deluvery and Customer Service. I'm disabled so I assumed that paying for Delivery meant it would actually get Delivered directly to me.

I used a credit on $39.99 to buy 2 shirts that's are made of horrible material and probably worth $10 each. The fit was smaller than their advertised size of Large. They fit like a small. The shirts tore the first time I wore them. Definitely disappointed. Total order was around $55.00.

The size of the shoes were not accurate. I ordered 11s and they are a little big. I need to swap out for 10 1/2. But the return process is a pain.

Total scam the credits have expiration dates. And still I have to pay almost 20 dollars for delivery for those cheap shoes. Total scam!

Who doesn't love an affordable pair of cute shoes? This is the idea behind Just Fab. That ideal is corrupted by their crazy point and subscription policy. I had left Just Fab years ago and returned upon a recommendation from a friend. I ordered several pairs and was satisfied. It was when I had to return a pair the fukery began... I could not get a refund only a store credit. I could only use the credit if I re-subscribed. I had to make several phone calls to get them to refund me and not continue the cycle of madness. Turns out cute affordable shoes are the lure and the subscription is the hook. Buyer beware!

My bag was delivered right on time and it was super durable. Love it
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
