I have yet to be refunded for my return and their excuse is that my second return hasn't been received yet. There's also no way of tracking anything with their return labels. They should be providing an up to date status of where your return is and the status of the refund.

As great as the coat looked on the model in the pics it looked NOTHING like that in real life on me. I feel so ridiculous wearing it that I don't. Not to mention that the elastic around the wrists is so tight it leaves marks on my wrists. I realize this is a "puffy coat" which I've owned in the past but this particular puffy coat was so full of air I felt like I couldn't move and was suffocating in it. I haven't worn it aside from trying it on in a attempt to convince myself it wasn't that bad... But it is. It's huge, especially on me bc of my size which made me feel fat shamed to add insult to injury. I was so upset I didn't even end take the time to send back. Even if it was a deal, it wasn't worth a penny. I am highly disappointed bc I've been wanting to order from JustFab for quite some time now and I made the wrong choice. I would have sent back but it just doesn't worth the time and postage. Oh, and a side note, my kids thought I was wearing a COMFORTER! FULL OF AIR AT THAT. This was the 1st bday present my boyfriend of nearly 9 years had ever bought me and I can't find the words to get him I hate it, altho he knows me and knows I don't like it he wants me to say it. So that's another reason I baby send back. It was paid for with his card and he would know. Otherwise I could get away with saying oh it's in the closet, I'm saving it for a special occasion (like when we don't have heat and need to keep warm). So disappointed!

I received my package quickly and I'm good condition but the shoes were too small. Luckily I was able to make an easy return at a location nearby. I quickly received a bigger sized shoe which I am ver happy with.

I purchased a two pair of black gym shoes, however I didn't read theat they were final sale, however as soon as I put on the shoes the sole of the gym shoe came apart. I called customer service to have the shoe returned and I was told that it was final sale. I have to keep them however if a customer is purchasing an item from your site I would like to be able to wear the item without it falling apart.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
