I have been a member of JustFab for a long time. It's super easy to shop, buy, and even return items. The shoes are great quality, and I always get compliments on them! The only con is the automatic billing if you forget to skip the month.

I ordered a summer leopard print coat and the photo of this print looks different than the coat I received. There are 2 different leopard prints. Once had a beige zipper with beige background behind the leopard print. The summer leopard print in photo shows a winter white zipper and winter white background behind the leopard print. I keep receiving the beige leopard print. I like the coat but I wanted the summer leopard print that I chose but what the photo shows. The regular leopard print photo looks like what I received even thou the packackage says summer leopard. Basically the photo does not look like what one receives.

I purchased 4 pair of shoes and will return 3 of the 4 because they are just not comfortable. 2 pair (same style, different color); you have to untie the shoe to get it on and retie the shoe and I can never get the bow to look as cute as it did when it arrived.

Slthough the calf was eude as i attempted to try on boots my foot could not go osst the snkle therefore i could never get the entire boot on. I had to return the boots for this reason and i was dissappointed.

I surprisingly loved each shoe that came in my order! I was a bit nervous because they were all on sale and I never know if a show will work unless I try it on... and I loved all three pairs! I've already worn all of them multiple times.

The purple wanna be Crocks and not even legit, I bought a size 11 I ware a 10 and still couldn't fit them, it like the sewing of the soft product endned at a smaller size. They're not aligned right at all

I ordered a medium tank top and their medium is basically an extra large. I also ordered a pair of boots and sized down one size as the reviews recommended, and they were still about one size too large.

Followed product reviews and ordered half a size bigger for comfort, but they ended up being too big. The exchange process was SO easy and efficient, and the shoes are GORGEOUS, great quality, and so comfy! So happy with this purchase.

I'll give you the short version first. Do not buy! I give it a thumbs down and rate it negative -2 out of 10. Human to Human- please let me save you the headache. I've already made the mistake for us, no need for your head to hurt too. Keep searching, it's not worth it, the products are low quality that wear out quickly, and you can definitely finder it cheaper somewhere else.
(Longer-ish version-ish continued-ish) In order to receive the "amazing" discounts they offer, you must be a member. ( which you pretty much sign up for the moment you make your first purchase. They offer a promotion that lets you pick almost any item at almost any price and pay only $9.99 for it. Whattttt, I'm thinking this is great! Fu*k not.) That new membership comes with an agreement to logging in monthly or your card being charged for a *credit*. The credits have a lot of fine print that goes along with them. Only able to use with some sales, only use on an item priced at the membership cost of $39.99. I found an item priced at $29.99 and when I go to check out, I notice that they had already automatically applied a *credit* and it appeared I owe nothing. I'm like huh ok this seems great. But then immediately found a couple more items and go to check out expecting to use my remaining $10 balance from my *credit* that was used for my previous purchase. The credit being charged on my credit card that I pay with my hard earned money. It ends up that I used that *credit* as a whole and forfeited the remainder by not spending it in one transaction. Are you serious?! That's $10 dollars that I would have spent far more wisely had I realized sooner. Recently, their monthly subscription price had an increase in price. Going from $39.99 to $49.99! $50 a month? Why can't I use my money how I want on the site, it was charged to my account and I paid cash. There is nothing on this website that I would recommend. The products are cheap and wear out quickly. I'd never spend $40-75 dollars on any one product which is what's required when redeeming the membership credit ultimately charged to your pockets. Id never spend $40 of my money on any one item. I'd only use this website for it's like 80% off sales with items priced from $6-$15. Look, overall I give this site a site a thumbs down and rate it at a negative 2 out of 10. There are a few other reasons I'd consider definitely going elsewhere. I also have a few places I like to browse through and would love to share them. I wish I could go into more details about why this site isn't so that I hopefully saved the headache for you But my baby just woke up and I'm tired af, so I must stop typing. Hope this helps! :)

I got 2 pairs of shoes for $15 A PIECE! And they looked like the picture and fit perfectly. But I could be biased but I love every pair of shoes I've gotten from JustFab!

I am please with most of the shoes I purchased with the exception of the white one. They are already ungluing from the side of the sole.I really like the shoe, but I won't be able to ware them for long.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
