They can do better with shipping. Their boots are not the best materials, but then again for the price its understanding that you will not get top tier shoes.
Every pair of shoes I have ordered in the past year has been the same size, but when it gets here they are never the right size. This last order, I held my tennis shoes (size 9.5) up to my daughters shoes (size 6) and there was barely a difference. At least she can wear them, but I needed a pair of tennis shoes! The same order, I got a pair of wedge sandals (size 9.5), and the straps were so big I felt like a toddler trying to walk in mommy's high heels! The actual sole was the right size, but the straps were not adjustable!

My experience usually real good when I order shoes. I have tried clothing and the smalls were too big so I decided to go with XS this time. There were 2 dresses I really liked. Even ordering in the XS they were huge. Sizing with this company is not consistent. I did get to keep some of the items, but was real disappointed about yhe 2 sundresses

I love that I can wear these and do a good amount of walking for the day. I don't have a wide foot but I always worry with JustFab that it will be an issue based on previous experience with fitting the top of my foot. This was not an issue, and they fit true to size.

What I wanted (color and size) was in stock and I know that I normally don't have to return because they won't fit when I order my size. I also never have to get a size up like I do in the stores.

I love JustFab. They have a great selection of styles and the quality of their clothes and shoes is impressive. Their website is easy to use. I often find something that is trendy or universal which I love. They have great promotions throughout the year at each season which makes it easy to get my closet ready. I have contacted their customer service and I have never had an issue. They are always willing to help resolve any issue I have had.

I didn't like the packaging. They didn't even give a box which makes the shoe a bit misshaped. Otherwise the shoe looks similar to the photo.

The quality of products were great. Items were just like the photos on JustFab site. I would suggest on the shoes you have more options on 3in heels due to the fact older woman rarely wear 4 and 5in heels. I think you would get more sales if you offered that length. Also...give more color on all items. Sometimes the color options don't pop. Just the same black tan white etc.
