It's rare I've ever had issues with Just Fab but when I have, it's always been rectified quickly.
Shipping is so fast and accurate. I only buy footwear (no clothes or accessories) and the quality is better than in chain stores.

I purchased a denim jacket from JustFab, and absolutely love it! It's a bit oversized and longer in length, which is great. The weight of the jacket is perfect--not too light or too heavy. I ordered sandals as well but didn't have as much luck. For flat leather sandals, they were so narrow that I couldn't even get my feet into them, which was a shame because they were really cute.

I do enjoy justfab, I have had some of my items sent to me others I have not which is upsetting at times. Being a member is great for the price we pay. However missing items just takes the cake for me

I placed an order on 4/2 and still have not received my shoes. I tried contacting Just Fab and all I'm told it was shipped. When tracking the package, the message says its awaiting receipt. I'm the one impacted because I can't get help. I'm considering closing my account.

Firstly, let me say I am very pleased with my purchases.
Secondly, pre - covid there was a wider range of items available to choose from. This is no longer the case.
Finally, the prices have increased drastically.
So there are limited choices at increased values. As such, my purchases would be limited to items on sales only. In this regard I am truly disappointed.

My experience with JustFAB always been great, fabulous, wonderful, Beautiful... I have never had any complaints about any foot wear that I purchased from them. I have had so many complements every time I wore any shoe, boot or slipper.

I was excited when I first signed up for Justfab. However, the products are limited, outdated and honestly cheap. The concept is good, but the value isn't. Have you realized yet, you need relevent buyer's? One's that understand receiving something new, can make someone's day? I have enough credit to buy something special, yet I can't find something special on the website? It's outdated, drab, not fresh.

I've been purchasing shoes on Justfab over years. I truly enjoy my shopping with Justfab every time.
First of all, all the shoes are so well-made and very stylish as well.
Second, price is very reasonable. Also, great deals are available especially for VIP members.
Third, easy process for return & exchange.
Only problem is that I can't stop shopping great shoes on Justfab! :D

Order was marked as delivered and I never received it I called customer service they told me it was left on the porch I staed I don't have a porch so they left it at wrong house. They resent my order and shipped it directly to post office received another notification that it was there I went to go pick it up the next day and again the order wasn't there. Called customer service they said they had to review everything and someone will get back to me in 48 hours still haven't heard from anyone.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
