I've been a VIP Member for years. I can say all of the shoes I have ordered have always been very nice quality. The issue I have is, most of the time when I go on the app they are more often then not, sold out of the shoes I want to buy and it takes forever for them to restock. It's extremely frustrating.
I've had credits I want to use before canceling my membership but I can't find anything I'm interested in buying, in stock!
I have been with Justfab VIP since 2021. Every month Justfab charge my account every month 49.95 for my membership. I let my membership credits build up. And when I'm ready to order, I make a big order. Yestoday I had to call customer service because. It was still requiring me to pay $15 when I had $700 of VIP credit. S mind you, this is not something just fab has given me. This is my money that they have taken out of my account. Usually what they do is they will take a membership. Credit convert it to a store credit, so it can 0 it out. Well, the customer service sucked. I stayed on hold for an hour and a 1/2. They were trying to get me to use all of my membership points. Which I felt was very unprofessional. It was almost like they didn't want me to have those credits. Cause I wanted to make more money off. Ofshe says that the system doesn't allow them to do that anymore. When I just did this recently? Needless to say, I asked her to cancel my membership. They lost a very good customer since 2021 for a poor customer service. And for $15 when I had a credit of 700. It's another way for them to profit once again. It's not like just fab had giving me those credit. This is money that they had taken out of my account. Not happy at all would not recommend just bad to anybody, especially the membership

I love the clothes. However, your return process is very complicated and frustrating. I had to send three emails then finally with the process I finally received a label. I printed out the label went ot the post office and paid $17 to return 4 items in the small package that was it originally sent. I still haven't received my refund, now I'm told the incorrect address on the label. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I had another order on hold until I got my return, but I've changed my mind because if I can't go through this again, although I love the clothes. The cut is so different and it's hard to sometimes figure what size on certain items. So, I won't be ordering from JustFAB anymore. I'm hoping I'll get my refund on the 4 items I returned soon.
Very disappointed, the monies was taken out of my account immediately. The orders should not take so long and the return process definitely needs to be changed and made similiar.

I recently bought a blouse that was a bit snug, so I called Customer Service to return it and order a larger size. I received by email the return label while I was talking to the representative. I shipped out the blouse the next day and received the replacement blouse within a week. I have always been impressed with Just Fab's customer service. This was just one example of their professionalism.

I've purchased about 10 pair of shoes from Just Fab over the years and it doesn't matter what style they are all terribly uncomfortable. They are made of hard plastic with little cushion, making them stiff and the footbed feel like walking on cement.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
