I reside in a remote area where the US Postal Service does not deliver. I am only able to receive packages via FedEx or UPS. I have informed JustFab of this numerous times and was told a note would be added to my account. They continue to ship my orders via the US Postal Service- needless to say, I don't receive the orders and they get returned to JustFab. I have been a loyal member for the past 6 years, but am now considering canceling my membership!

When went to cancel I was led to a page within the justfab.com site with an inaccurate phone number. The phone number leads to telemarketing scam about medical devices. I was surprised by the poor web design.

My daughter (3yo/5t) wore this outfit on the first day of school and it was PERFECT! Everyone loved it. I don't know if I can say it's a "little big" in general, bc my little one is taller than most 3yo's. But it was a little lose on her, so it's probably TTS for typical size.

I've found it very difficult to find things to buy in the site. Very limited stock. And I do not like this new format for using your credits. Seems like a big rip off to me.

Just Fab never disappoints! There aren't many shoe companies who accommodate stylish women who have larger feet! To find a size 12 shoe in a trendy style at a reasonable price is possible now. I love the booties I purchased and will be ordering another pair in the other color soon!

I enjoyed being a member of JustFab for years, a decade at least. Recently they've changed their policy. If you don't "skip the month" they still charge you the monthly rate, but you only get to choose from certain items to "purchase" like 2 pairs of earring that come to $20 - that's what your monthly $40 went to. They've become a scam. You literally cannot purchase what you want with your own money. They should be put out of business.

O want to cancel this subscription but I have too many credits to cancel. I hate the monthly subscription price. I understand you can skip the month, however this is not always the most pressing thing on my mind with work, kids, and life.

I finally canceled my membership with JustFab and I'm so happy I did. I used all the credits I had left before closing my account, and I was extremely unhappy with all the shoes I received. Sure they're cute but they were uncomfortable and poorly made. These products are not worth a $50-credit and my decision to leave JustFab was clearer than ever after receiving my shipment.

Just Fab used to have decent quality items, especially considering they charge $50-$70 dollars for their items. The purse I got was equivalent to a $10 purse from the beauty supply store. It was inconvenient for me to return it bcs I'm a truck driver so I just threw it away. Ive been a member for years from different accounts and im willing to risk my money anymore if what im getting is cheap garbage. Shame on them for lowering the quality of their items just to turn more of a profit. The changes are wildly noticeable and tarnish a brand I once trusted. Never again will I buy from them or recommend them. 0/10. Two thumbs down.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
