Not all products are of quality. Some products are but not all. So you take a chance and return if you don't like it. I have a couple of pairs of boots right now that are peeling off after a year of owning and very minimal use.

Both pair of shoes do not fit. One pair was too small and the other was too big. I have had just fab a long time and I do not like the new subscription I think it is very unfair and your $$ should be returned not liking this NEW JUST FAB AT ALL

I thought at least the shoes would look like leather. They felt plastic, they had horrible heels and I don't think would last more than a season (if that). I guess I should have known this was fast fashion for shoes, but...just meh!

I ordered a 2X shirt. I normally wear an XL. When I got the shirt I could not get it on at all. The size was all wrong. I gave it to a friend of mine who wears a medium and it fit her perfectly. I was disappointed to say the least.

JustFab finally changed their policies, which allowed me to close out my dealings with them.
Most important was finally giving the option to cancel online rather than calling in. Second was setting things up so I could use credits for anything, not just regular priced items. The bundles were very helpful. But there's still not enough variety for women who are overweight, so I sold my credits (now that they were actually useful for all purchases) to a skinny woman and canceled the membership. They should have improved their business model years ago and then I might have stuck around for the shoes and accessories. But now it's too late and I have no desire to deal with this company any longer.
As far as this order goes, it was fine. But looking at the jacket, sweaters, and shoes that my friend ordered… it's just a higher priced version of SHEIN.
