The fit is perfect the style cut & quality of the material used is top grade.
I have flat, wide feet, and it's hard to find comfortable shoes period. Doesn't matter the style, most shoes hurt my feet. Most shoes I've purchased from JustFab are pretty comfortable. The western shoes I just got are very comfortable. Even the heels. I was able to run around in them all day.

There isn't enough clothing to choose from. Nothing stylish
I really like the Just Fab website. Great prices and great selection but the only downside is ordering shoes is that you hope that you are going to receive the correct sizes. Sometimes you have to exchange for proper sizing. I will definitely continue to purchase from this company.
Fabulous as always. Always great service and products. I have never had a problem. Even returns went smoothly. I've been a VIP member since 2017.
I love justfab everything comes on-time and the quality of products last me years.
My experience shopping w/ JustFab was fine. Although, my reason for removing 1 star is when I browse the website on my mobile, it doesn't work very smoothly. If select an item to view, when I return back to the listing page of all items, it takes me back to the beginning/top of the page rather than keeping the same area on the page that I was, which is a bit annoying.
I am truly enjoying this cute flat that is accenting my wardrobe. I thank you for selling this cutie.
I have made a purchase and exchange at the beginning of April and it is now end of April and my issue has not been resolved. I've had to call and chat with a team member a few times to even obtain an answer. I would not recommend just fab to anyone at this moment in time

I ordered several pairs of shoes in size 8 and I received 8.5! No way to make an exchange since it was with the famous VIP discount which costs a fortune! I will never order from you again! I find this to be nothing more and nothing less than a scam...

I have had to send back every pair of shoes I have ordered. The shoes are uncomfortable and the sole is terrible.

The sizing is an issue. I ordered 3 shirts and none of them fit. I utilized the sizing charts but clothes still didn't work.
And there are FEW shoes with smaller heels. 3.5 and 4 inch heels are not what everyone wants. And the opposite of that is not Huge chunky soles on shoes.
The shoes I order have irregularly on top,where the shoelaces go, disappoint, don't look like the picture.

Shopping is easy and site is easy to negotiate. But each time I forget to stop automatic payment and have to purchase something, it seems there are less and less plus size clothing and it is the same clothing over and over again. If I could figuire out how to unsubscribe I will!not worth it!

I like the clothes, but I am a plus size person and the just fab clothes many times are too small. Also when I purchase wide shoes frequently still don't fit. Thanks
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
