I had received my first pair of shoes fine. When I had placed another order the representative almost started an argument telling me I never changed my address that is why I didn't receive my shipment. I told them that's not true I received my first pair the correct address, they decided to send my second shipment to my old address.
The shoes run very big, had to send back first 4 pairs, ordered again, 3 pairs, one of the shoes is also big again, and of of the shoes is plastic, not leather.
When I started with JustFab, they had great stuff to choose from. As time went on however, it's really difficult to find something I can add to my wardrobe. Every so often they have something I love but it's getting rare and I'm tempted to cancel

The shoes arrived but when I went to return themโฆ.all the addresses and numbers were literally fake. Shoes are cute but can't wear them because they don't fit, waste of money ๐๐

I have been a member of just fab for many years. I'm always happy with the quality of the clothing and after purchasing a lot of their clothing I've figured out exactly what size I need in each category of clothing. I love your sales and I'm in awe that you can offer such beautiful clothing at such a low price, especially during your greet sales. One thing I'm not happy with is the way you have changed the way the credits work now. I liked it better when you could just apply a credit or two credits towards your order instead of only using the credit when it's an item you can use the credit for. Prior to the change I could use my credit where I wanted to use it and I think that's the way it should be. I am very happy with everything else including that easy and free returns. I've ordered many things for friends and family and have never had an issue with anything, they always love it. I've probably ordered hundreds of items and have only returned a handful of things so to me that's Amazing Thing. I would give you a stab a five out of five, and I will continue to be a loyal shopper

Shopping on just fab is a joy. There's always a deal and the quality of the items are always good. Most times true to size as well. I only wish they offered free shipping to people outside of US too.

I had to return most of it due to poor fit and material. Sweaters were too small & too big and scratchy. The shoes were plasticky and painful / dug into my feet. Not happy and struggling to find anything to spend my credits on. Really want a refund of my credits and a cancellation of my membership.

I WASNT completely sure of buying since the TikTok reviews were awful but I took a chance I can say I do not regret one bit. There's also the VIP charge that people talked about but honestly I just feel like they weren't prompt with canceling it if anything.

The boots do not fit my legs even if I bought a bigger size and the loafers hurt the top of the feet even if I bought a bigger size. I am very disappointed

I am very pleased with my recent purchase! I really appreciate the 2 for 1 items and both of my items were great! However, I am deeply disappointed with customer service when I was charged for the month after I had skipped it. They would not refund my money because I no longer had the email.

I ended my subscription after about 3-4 years and multiple purchases. One of the dresses i ordered for my daughter was not true to size, way too small, i returned it thinking i would at the very least get half a credit to purchase something else. Nope i got $7.25. I used a credit to purchase. So $50. And i get a credit of less than half when i make a return? Very disappointed.

I still don't have my order and I placed it on March 19th. I reached out to customer service and they said I still had a delivery window till April 11th, but my account said it'd be delivered by March 26th. It's now April 17th and there is no tracking information available. I'm a bit confused on whats happened.

My package was soaking wet and shoes that were in the boxes were damaged from being left in the rain by delivery driver.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
