#1 - I totally fell for all the glowing 5 star reviews. But they all seem to consist of a) three short sentences, b) GREAT 5 star review, c) but never an actual Google review. If they're not AI generated, it's the same person writing them. Here's my experience, Just Blinds is AWFUL. They were two weeks late delivering my blinds. Even then, the blinds arrived without installation instructions. Then, turns out, Just Blinds sent the wrong brackets. Now I have to wait three (3) weeks for the right brackets to arrive. Just Blinds COULD BE a really cool business. It's not. Instead of focusing on quality control they're more concerned about their on-line reviews. Which - IRONY - if they sent their blinds out a) on time, b) with instructions and c) the right brackets, Just Blinds wouldn't have to worry about reviews.
I bought 4 black roller shades. Picture clearly shows light filtering and description says light filtering. When received they were completely black out. I've contacted support numerous times and all they say is that their vendor shipped the correct product. So if this is what their vendor creates, and they choose to sell this as a "light filtering" product, then they are lying to their customers and STEALING their money. They will not get me a refund or provide me with light filtering shades. Thieves.

EASY TO USE WEBSITE AND ALWAYS A GOOD PRICE! I have ordered several times and have always had a good experience. I can't vouch for the mechanisms since they are in rooms rarely used and I mostly use them stationary and just tilt closed when needed.
I received a special offer when I ordered samples. When I entered in the code: JB-200-20 it said it was not valid. Not sure why that happened but should be looked into.
Given experience from previous blinds we've purchased here, make sure you add 2" to the total height or they will be too short
Ordered 3 blinds and a 3 were short, with one excessively short. Called customer service and got a replacement for that one. It arrived the same as the previous one where it would not reach the window seal. At that point the asked me to take a video of what it was doing when you push it down. I did and they built another one and sent it to me. That one fit. But with that… review of the blind quality…very poor quality. Regret even paying more that $50 for each of them. Won't do it again.

The entire experience was terrible. I am in the process of placing blinds on windows in my new home. I decided to give Just Blinds a try on a single blind before committing to a larger order. I placed the order on 12/29/24, and didn't receive the blind until 1/21/25. There was nothing custom about the order; it was a stock material. When the blind arrived, it was 1/2" too short. It didn't even reach the mounting brackets. I immediately called Customer Service and spoke to Morgan Crawford. After reviewing the issue with me, she sent me her email address and asked that I snap pics of the roller with a tape measure to show the dimensions. I did so immediately. I've never heard back to this day. I emailed her on 1/24 to ask about status. No response. I emailed again on 1/26 to say that I expected a response and resolution within 72 hours. Again, nothing. So, I have a blind that doesn't fit my window. I have disputed the credit card charge and will be taking my business elsewhere. I should have read the reviews here before placing the order! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Your website really didn't tell me if the fabric choices were any different other than color; is the thickness/quality better on the upgraded options?
Easy to order and always happy with finished product! I've ordered at least 13 blinds over the last few years and I will continue to make just blinds my go to blind supplier!

Easy and is cheaper than Walmart! I'm a repeat buyer bc I've been happy with my previous orders. The only complaint I have is that the last time I ordered a full blind, I got a short tilt wand instead of a long one. The short tilt wand is Too short for me to adjust my blinds when lying on my bed or sitting. Not sure why I got the short wand instead of a long one.
I compared these blind's prices with other stores like Home Depot and Lowe's and these were cheaper. The only problem is that I have to wait 20 business days to get them. But, good things come to those that wait.
So far so good… just ordered samples. Still trying to decide on style.

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
