He rescued me

I have a 2001 motorhome that I was having very strange electrical problems with now I'm a mechanic have been all my life grew up in an auto repair shop in Richmond and have been known for my talents in automotive electrical but this motorhome is a big diesel pusher it's got 3 different 12 volts three different 12 volt systems & a 120 volt ac system. The technician that I got which was a surprise to me He's very knowledgeable on the motorhome and it's had experience with that model of motorhome he has been very helpful part of it which is reassuring my thoughts but he's giving me guidance which is helped so I'm very very happy with him and the service

H&R Block Future File

H&R Block software let me set a future filing date for my return. I thought this meant the system would automatically file on that date. Ravi advised me that in fact it just meant it wouldn't wouldn't file on the date I completed the return. No automatic filing, no email as a reminder. It wouldn't file unless I went back in at a later date and did it myself.

Helpful overall - took more "Bot Chat" to get to him than I'd like. Could have asked for all contact info at once instead a series of individual Qs (e.g. Name, phone, email, zip code, etc.). While service was good, end result, no so. Appears we may have hardware issues...
