Have a gooey substance dripping from my awning onto side of RV. RV tech was aware of the situation, the particular years affected, and the awning manufacturer involved. Unfortunately, there's current no known recall or warranty fix. The RV tech had had good knowledge, and personal experience with the problem. He gave me enough info regarding the manufacture that I have other avenues to pursue.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
