Roscoe ate my pill!

I was very concerned that my basset hound mix, Roscoe, ate one of my blood pressure medicine pills. I called my vet, and she said to call poison control, and it would be an $80 charge. I went online and googled animal poison control and JustAnswer came up, So I interacted with the chat AI. Within minutes, Dr. Paul Brazzell called me about Roscoe. I had already put Roscoe's weight and age in the chat, and he had that information. He calmly reassured me that Roscoe would be okay. He would have to ingest a lot more of my medication to suffer any ill effects. Dr. Brazzell was very nice and didn't treat me like I was an idiot for being concerned about Roscoe, even though it was such a small amount.

I appreciated the prompt call back and the depth of information provided by her. I feel that now I have an understanding of the specific Trust including options and timing that are required in my case, especially because she pointed out that I had been given incorrect information by the agency I report to. I now have complete faith in the answers I received. I am seeking an appropriate attorney in my area to complete the documentation by the deadline. In addition, she gave more than one resource for me to contact.

My Frenchie is experiencing some really crazy twitching. I was so upset. The doctor made me feel better and gave me some much needed references since I am retired with less income now. There was no judging to get us by until I get Lucy to her Vet. She was awesome! I'm sure I will call again in the future and refer to others. Great site! Thanks so much!

Almost scammed

I used this stie one time for a question I had. They charged me $1 dollar which I was fine with. My CU just called me to ask If I had approved a $65 charge, a charge I assume is for an ongoing membership. I did not approve this transaction, so beware if you use this site.

Super quick and got an incredible answer that addressed the worst case scenario possibilities but also alleviated my concerns. Noticed other hotline type resources will jump to going to emergency room/vet, but this I felt gave me an answer that was far more realistic (but also of course made sure I knew there was still a possibility of complications).

I have a four-year-old 24KW Generac generator, which would randomly fail the auto test with an E 1100 error. Tim, the technician, gave me valuable insight into addressing my problem with actions I can perform to my propane supply. I'm going to add a fuel filter in the generator's fuel line, probably at a point near the generator.

Unliveable noisy environment

The lawyer did as great job helping me understand my rights as a renter living in an a rental unit in which the extreme noise is harming my health and the landlord has not provided a way to prevent the disturbance.

Service Air bag light won't clear

Spoke to Dan. Explained my issue. He walked me thru some information and suggested I purchase a SRS compatible scanner to reset the light.
I ordered the scanner, it will come tomorrow morning and I shall attempt to reset the light.
Very professional. Very good mechanic

Eased my mind

After being up for a while in the middle of the night/early morning and worried about my dogs condition, I turned to chatting with an online vet before going full panic mode and calling the emergency vet. This site provided me peace of mind enough for me to not freak out, and wait to call my primary vet when they open in the morning. I am thankful I spent $5 for this service versus potentially hundreds rushing to the ER vet during peak hours.

I think our experience was better than expected, Im a pretty handy guy and got stumped on an issue with our MOtorhome, I couldnt find any You Tube videos (for once) to help me and decided to try JustAnswer. After sharing my issue and answering a few questions, i waited maybe 10 minutes before TALKING with an experienced Technician who gave me what i felt was honest answers based on his experience and good guidence for what to check out and good next steps after that.
