Quick Response, Worries Addressed

A couple of minutes providing info about my concerns led me to Dr. Linsay Barnes who gave me helpful information about my kitten's ingestion of a small amount of of human medicine. She gave me the facts and reassured me he would be okay and added tips about follow up measures I could take. Thanks again Dr. Lindsay. Good job! Yo calmed a (slightly) panicked old woman.

Upfront costs notice

While your site indicates a cost range of five dollars. 65 dollar, I was not expecting to get an $80 charge on my credit card. It's not that I object to the $80, but I would appreciate if your system could give a more advanced expectation of what the charge was going to ultimately be.

Just answer is really great. They addressed my question really good and I understand it completely, if not, you can easily correspond with them again and find out any other answers to any other questions you may have and they will continue to help you, in this case, me. I would really recommend them when you are in a position not to be able to get to a veterinarian immediately or because of any other problems.

The service was good but the the fee to become a member $65 was terrible
First I never knew you had to join your service for $65 to get this service and then pay another $5 for the help
Then to get the $65 fee reversed had taken days. You took the $65 immediately but giving it back had taken forever
I am thinking of calling the Brothers computer company and telling about this experience in order to get my printer fixed

Finally have some solid confirmation to what I have myself research but unsure on exact resale value. Our family has moved it at least 5 or 6times between our moving customer and us after it being gifted to us. The appraiser was knowledgeable and had so much info on its era and overall history. Hero Vet Lewis Saves the Day

Dr. Lewis gave me great advice about how to care for a tiny stray kitten than walked through my fence and is hopefully only temporarily blind. He was very informative and compassionate, and anyone needing urgent animal advice would be blessed to have his help.

Coco ate three pieces of gum

I told the vet about what my dog ate and told her that I am not in a financial situation to bring my dog to the vet. She told me everything that I needed to do to induce vomiting. My dog has vomited all the gum now I am just going to stay focused and make sure her blood sugar stays normal. I am so grateful To the vet that helped me

Washer Draining Problem

We have a three month old LG washer that is not draining. The agent talked me through several options to troubleshoot; ultimately, I need to call LG. However, I will try his suggestion to make an airtight connection with the shop vac to the drain hose and see if I can pull out what's plugging it-Likely rug backing or etc.

Tire size change

I wanted to upgrade my street tire to an A/T tire and to a larger size. The JustAswer tech was very responsive, recommended the upgrade in size and the brand I selected for my Land Cruiser! I will use this process agin for any modifications that I plan to make.

Gave a great understandable cause of my problem and suggested solutions. Then suggested solutions, which were what I need and I fixed my problem. I installed a Delta touchless kitchen faucet and it didn't work. I was given the possible causes and possible solutions, and when I tried them it fixed the problem. Great feeling.

Dog ate mouse poison

I had an excellent experience with the vet in an emergency situation. One of my 2 small dogs 25-35 lbs ate a block of tomcat mouse poison which was stored not out to catch mice but in a closet up on a high shelf. I don't know how they got it. I know it was only 1 block because the box contained 4 already baited stations and only one station was chewed open with missing block of poison the other 3 stations with bait still intact. The box contains no pet er phone number only human er numbers. I called the local er vet who sent me to the aspca poison hotline which wanted $110.00 just to talk to someone. I went online and found only more alarming information but of course nothing case specific. This is when just answer popped up. I sent a message thru their chat and they answered right away with questions about my dogs and situation. When they had the necessary info about the dogs they asked if I wanted to text or get a phone call from a vet, I opted for a call. They then said I would be contacted by an appropriate vet, and then a payment window popped up with would charge me $5, which is fine as long as it's really $5, I have before used just answer and was charged $100 when they said $5. That would be my only potential issue. I just have to keep an eye on my transactions history for My card. Vet called me very quickly under a few minutes. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my panicked questions, and was very calm. I was reassured my pets were going to be ok and had a plan of what to do now and if certain symptoms came up before the end of our call. The vet told me the call was free of charge and if I had further questions to ask them on the thread I had from just answer. My experience was fantastic and lowered my blood pressure back to normal. My 4star response only comes from my last interaction with just answer, being charged more than I was told, so I am a little skeptical about what my charge will actually be. We will see.
