Every time I tried to print something, I had to hit the printer screen to make it work. At first, it was difficult to understand Chet because we had a "fuzzy" phone connection which improved when I mentioned it to him.

I am afraid to ask anymore questions for fear I will be charged another $70. They need to be more upfront & clear about the charges.
