I receive a job opportunity to work from home, an excellent opportunity. I started having doubts and contacted Jus Answer. They investigated and found that there are a lot of complaints with the BBB. It's nits a trust worthy company. I erased all their information. That agent that assisted me is very good, excellent. Be careful

It was very direct they answered my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand and apply to my problem

He was patient and helped me to find my problem even though it wasn't a system issue. User Error.
However, he did offer to help me with another Dell that I have, but later. He said he'd be more than happy to help with that one too.

My introduction to JustAnswer came after a productive interaction with a chatbot. "She" directed me the service and after a quick and painless registration a qualified technician called to discuss the problems I was having with my Jenn Air microwave. I have to say I have been thoroughly impressed with this entire process and particularly the timeliness and professionalism afforded me. Good job!

From my initial contact with the assistant contact person to Ms. Winnie… I felt that i was being heard, understood and supported in the process of finding an answer to my problem. Kind, clearly articulated answered were offered and lead me to the right person at SOCIal Security MEDICARE office who could and would help me out. Its my first time using JustAnswer and am very pleased with the information and help I received. I got excellent advice from the eye doctor and he was very helpful. I was put through to him by Pearl who asked me more on any advice I needed to give him.
Doctor Cornilo was wonderful and saved me a trip to my local GP. He was also more informative, helpful and polite. It's put my mind at rest and I certainly be sticking with this amazing website and telling others about how helpful Pearl and Dr Cornilo was. Many thanks again!

Dr Byrd was phenomenal! What an asset to your company. She was very educated, informative and compassionate. Explained all of our options with our senior English sheepdog …wish she lived closer. We would definitely be patient.

Dr E was amazing! He gave me great advice on how to help my dog through a difficult and scary situation. He even followed up on our progress. You can tell he really cares!

My son's dog ate a pack of Heartgard & I needed to know if it was toxic. He was very confident & reassuring that it was not & made himself available through chat if I had more concerns.

I feel that all my question's were answered. Not happy with the answers but I feel she was honest about what I can do at this point.

I went in to clean turtle tank and check on her and found tank empty. She was located behind a backpack and put back in tank. Vet reassured me that she is showing good signs of recovery. He also praised me for being up front with my son that we could have a sick 🤒 r dead turtle as a result of this but at present she seems to be doing well and destressing

After accidentally deleting my Facebook Icon I received the best help anyone could ever ask for. Everyone was so polite and professional. Thanks to these guys, I am smiling again. They are the perfect team. Thank you all for your help.
