Problems with the airbag wiring system on my Tacoma led me to a technician through this site. The man kept telling me to get a computer code off the truck's system myself by interconnecting two ports with a short wire, when it was showing no fault codes when checked by an actual mechanic with a tool for that job. I was after info regarding the wiring ground location. At any rate, I finally gave up without an answer. Since the card I used to buy what I thought was a one-time trial was subsequently parked in favor of another one, I missed the recurring billing they hit me with for five months! Checking their website to see if I could find the part about how I'd signed up for a membership revealed no clear connection. A call to the service number on the billing statement netted me immediate cancellation of the unused service and a refund of one of the five $30 payments they'd hit me for before I noticed. They no doubt know that I never used their service after the initial contact, because of course they pay the experts I would have contacted while "looking for answers". I'd put them in the category of borderline scammers for that reason, and for the murkiness of their "membership" hook. I did visit the FTC's website to lodge my complaint regarding their practice, and would advise anyone with a similar experience to do the same. There are plenty of operators online working this same "membership" scheme to net "money for nothing", and if enough people complain, the government will do what the government does, and they'll be regulated into providing actual service for their billing.
The experts that handled my problem didn't even know what they were talking about. It was supposed to be guaranteed and they still charged me for the service that wasn't given.

I had a fantastic experience with Jeremy as he had an answer to my problem within ten minutes of my asking of what an airbag code 33 was. And only did he the answer, he pinpointed the problem to the driver side of the car. It was the electrical connection for the seat belt. I cleaned the connection and the light sequence went away.

I had a problem with my ice maker making a singing sound and the screen displaying temperatures. The advisor told me to turn off the electricity to the machine for an hour to try to reboot it. I did this and it made no difference. Then he said he was sure that the problem was the mother board and I could order it through appliance pro and change it myself. The item cost $220.00. I was willing to do this if it fixed the incessant noises coming from the screen! I got and replaced the part successfully. This made absolutely no difference. The fridge still makes the same noises with the crazy temp display. I will not use their services again. Now, I have to incur additional costs to get it fixed. It's my own fault for believing he knew what was wrong after talking to him and emailing him.

My mother's foot began bleeding approximately three weeks after her toes were amputated. She was being given IV antibiotics for infection at this time. I was very concerned about the sudden bleeding. The doctor who responded to my concern advised that my mother should be evaluated ASAP. I could sense his urgency, so I followed his advice and had my mother's nursing home send her to an ER. Turns out the infection in her foot had gone into the bone--requiring partial foot amputation. The infection could have killed my mother had she not been evaluated ASAP.
I has a question on a subject I know nothing about, Immigration. I saw an ad for this site while I was trying to make sense of all I had read. Even though I am leery about such sites due to all the scams out there I joined and asked my question. In short order I got an answer. It was on point and it was backed up with relevant government web pages. I did not get the answer I really wanted but I did get the answer I NEEDED! Now I know how to proceed.

At first I was sceptical and hesitant but was quickly directed to a clearly experienced RV mechanic who provided excellent advice, a graphic and suggestion of how to make the repair if in fact he had correctly diagnosed my problem. Turns out he did correctly diagnose and the part I needed was an under $10.00 checkvalve for my RV water heater and I didn't need to replace the water heater saving hundreds of dollars. Had I gone to the one and only RV shop in the area I'm sure they would have tried to sell me a new heater which in fact wasn't necessary! Robert did a great job for me and I will use him again the next time something comes up!

I considered JustAnswer a last resort when normal research does not yield a clue. Both times I have tried it it has been worthless or very disappointing. The first time was a question about a mini vans factory alarm system. The answer person gave me some info which included talking to a dealership about the parts. I called three dealerships and all of them told me the answer given was incorrect. I let that one go. The second time was a electronics question. I said to myself maybe 1st time was a fluke. I needed a schematic or pin out for a component. I waited, nothing except a request for a model number which I had already provided in the question. Twenty four hours later still nothing but the answer person had already taken the satisfaction money, I saw the $35 taken from my account. Both of these examples show to me a lack of professionalism that I guess I take for granted most of the time. From my experience if you want to know how many cups in a quart, ask you might get an answer. If it is a serious question avoid this site.

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
