Freezer saviour

Our Samsung fridge freezer would not freeze again after having had to defrost icemaker. The technician talked me through resetting the buttons, and it was very simple and he was very calming and helpful.

Although the answer to my question was very disturbing it was very helpful to be able to speak with Doug who helped me have a better understanding of how the process of applying for and receiving one's social security benefits works. Only if Social Security provided assistance to our elderly Seniors, my In-law would not be in the position she is in now and would have been receiving her benefits. Thank you Doug for your help!

Jason was a real lifesaver in restoring me to Windows 7 from my newly installed Windows 10 venture. My computer was unable to communicate with my printer when I updated to 10. The update for me proved to be a real headache and I was saved from having to buy a new printer. Thank you Site Jabber.

I wanted to speak to a veterinarian about problems I've been having with my 4 year old rottweiller as I've been struggling with medication and diet changes with him his entire life. The vet that answered me gave me a fresh perspective and because of the tests that he recommended be done on my PupCake I have hope that maybe I can relieve his suffering. I'm going to be taking him to a new vet and have the recommended tests run. This site gave me a new direction to go and that is much appreciated. My dog had an issue. Actually a few I googled her symptoms and somehow made it to this website. I was connected with a vet and everything she said was exactly what my vet said as well. My circumstances at the time caused me to be concerned the expense. Would be above my abilities to afford.
I my dog Ginger is acting like she used to. I am so glad I took a chance and chatted with the vet online. It set my mind at ease. Thank you

My Sons Homework

I wasn't the greatest at math when I was in school and certainly have forgotten anything I did learn. When my son started taking algebra classes I knew I couldn't help him. ANTIQUE CEDAR CHEST

My grandmother left me a beautiful cedar chest. I knew it was valuable but wanted an expert opinion. The expert "Rarewares" provided an estimate and dated the chest to approximately 1912. I was extremely please with the quick reply and other explanations provided by the expert.

My dog has become a little more aggressive as he has gotten older and I'm concerned about taking him out on walks because he barks at people walking by and at other dogs. I've been using JustAnswer to get help with training since my dog was a puppy and they've always provided very helpful information so I came back to the site again. This time I got help from Jane and she gave me a few exercises to do while out on walks. I've been trying her techniques for the last couple of days and I've already seen progress. I'm impressed!

I ask about any item I buy. If it is a cheap reproduction then I am given a full reply explaining the history and why the item is considered to be second rate. If the item is great and original I receive a detailed explanation and clues how to recognise its pedigree and quality. Good or bad my knowledge is advanced every time I get an appraisal. A family member had a very serious recent legal issue that had the entire family upset. I was able to go online and speak to a criminal lawyer and within minutes we were all able to breathe a little easier. A few days later, I asked follow up questions on the same issue and again got a speedy educational response, both times from a lawyer named Zoey. Had we not spoke to Zoey, who knows what mistakes we would have made in the beginning that could have caused a bad situation to be much worse or even wound our family member in jail. After agreeing to provide an appraisal for a large Persian carpet, a "justanswer.com" expert"/representative contacted me by email after 14 hours (supposed to be 8 minutes!) she requested more information because she couldn't provide an answer after very precisely detailed informational description. She requested photos of the rug and a lot of other nonsense (I am a rug collector). Because I "engaged" this "expert" by responding to her request I was charged $48 before I had even received a second reply. Customer service was curt and rude and when I requested an immediate refund I was told that it wod take 5 days to process my refund. This is obviously an offshore operationthat is not a credible resource. STAY AWAY!
