My experience with the senior lawyer was amazing. My dog has been diagnosed with a resistant staph infection. She was having a crisis (or I was) and I couldnt get in to see either of our vets. I found this service online and though I was skeptical, I asked my question. I got not just an answer but a conversation with Dr. Linda. It was clear she knew the subject. She gave me some advice and most importantly, some reassurance that there still is hope for beating this infection. This service doesnt take the place of a vet visit but I found it helpful when I needed some information.
Very quick response and quick to capture issue and suggest a possible resolution. Would recommend trying it out in advance of soliciting a local lawyer.

I found this while searching online for an emergency vet in our area. So, I decided this was worth a go until I could find somewhere to take my dog. Dr. Perry responded immediately to my question and walked me through what to give my dog to induce vomitting, stayed with me when he did, instructed me what to do next with activated charcoal and assured me he would answer any questions if I still had any as the night went on. I texted him late after my dog vomited again and there he was right there answering more questions and reassuring me. He literally stayed with me from 6pm to 10:30 pm while taking care of my dog. Dr. Perry, thank you for helping me and thanks to you and your thorough explanations of what to do next saved my dog! My vet checked his liver levels and they are fine! You're the best!
Shawn was very helpful in giving me the guidance I needed in trying to get my abs stabilitrak awd situation fixed and whether or not it was a vendors fault in not knowing the car was all wheel drive and putting the wrong tire on my car which has been made worse leading toward at least $1,000 minimum repair bill. Make it apparent that there is no free trial. Make it apparent that the free trial is 1 free question. The charge should only be applied after the free 1 question is answered and then only when the suspected victim or customer decides to become a subscriber and a customer. The concept is a great Idea more people would remain customers if the didn't feel they had been cheated

I had a medical question that was time sensitive and after paying $25 I had to then sign up for a subscription to get my answer in less than seven days. As the question was, should I go to the emergency room, I had to sign up. My time with the doctor was about two minutes so they billed $750 / hour and still wouldn't answer the question until I paid more. They essentially extort money from people who are in need of information quickly.
Went to the site. Said tgey wanted $5 for me to ask a question. Sounds fair. They did NOT tell me however, that they nail you for another $19 to get a freaking answer! Then they gave the option of talking live instead of all the typing. I said yes to that $26 charge because i wasn't yet aware of the charge for the answer that didn't help. My card provider called inquiring about possible fraudulent charge which is why I checked my account. I called customer service immediately and demanded a complete refund asap. Because my credit union had stepped in and put a hold on the second and third charges, the comoany just had to release their request. Suppose d ly i will have the $5 refunded by Tuesday. If not for my wonderful Credit Union ( i never use banks) i caught the scam VERY quickly. But don't ever trust or use thus vomp a ny.

Wanted some basic information about the problem I was having with my car's radiator. I was connected to someone who called himself an expert. I was told if I paid five dollars via my credit card (big mistake) that I can get connected with an expert. Gave them my credit card inform and was looking at my online account and WHAM! My bill shot up to 31 dollars in less then one minute. I called my credit card company (CapitalOne) and she connected me with this company. I asked her to stay on the line as my witness. Got my money back. I love that girl from CapitalOne. If she hadn't been on the line with me I would have been screwed.

I asked a question regarding tax on funds sent from abroad to UK as a gift. The answer was not satisfactory regarding details on if /when tax is applicable. The site mentions a 7 day free trial but I was still charged for the minimal deposit. I changed my mind immediately after paying the deposit and did not open the response until 3 days later as I assumed my cancellation had gone through. I was notified that the deposit and 34 GBP ( because the expert had answered) had been deducted from my account because I had ticked the t&c box- you have to do this before you can ask a question. I would not recommend this service and fear that as the t&c are not clear and they have access to my bank details, that I will be charged in future. I have tried to unsubscribe to the service but have not had any confirmation that this has been done

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
