JustAnswer has bailed me out twice now. My original experience was 8 yrs ago when my '01 Xterra would start one time but not 10 mins later, then maybe start in an hr. Being that I had moved into an apt and had no tools I was limited to what I could do. Tech nailed it first shot, told me to check fuel pump connecter for green corrosion. Then supplied me with a PDF detailing the recall notice for said issue. It was a job I would not have been able to tackle at the apt! More recently, a second Nissan Tech was able to confirm my suspicion of having a timing belt incorrectly installed on my Xterra. He helped me several times decipher through the bull the shop was giving me as they refused to accept the fact they messed. Thanks to him I cut my losses and took my car to a different shop. Being a victim of scam re: computers, was leery about giving out my card number again. Long story short, my professional computer advisor was patient, understanding, explained my problem (with computers :) through easy steps, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.
The technician helped me with the essentials. For now its working well. There were other items to deal with but that would be another question and session.
Finally a straight, honest, clear, understandable, no BS answer. Within 30 minutes as well. The dealer mechanic beat around the bush while "just answer" explained why we got the answer we did.
I must say I was a little skeptical but I proceeded based on gut instinct and so glad I did. I received a lot of valuable information in a very timely manner. Thank you.

First of all 1 week and nobody answered they transferred me to another lawyer to answer a question took another week nobody answered then all of a sudden they deducted 75USD FROM MY ACCOUNT without notice /permission / i send a email reagrding the matter nobody even bothered emailing me back

My experience with the senior lawyer was amazing. My dog has been diagnosed with a resistant staph infection. She was having a crisis (or I was) and I couldnt get in to see either of our vets. I found this service online and though I was skeptical, I asked my question. I got not just an answer but a conversation with Dr. Linda. It was clear she knew the subject. She gave me some advice and most importantly, some reassurance that there still is hope for beating this infection. This service doesnt take the place of a vet visit but I found it helpful when I needed some information.

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
