I have a irobot Scooba 450. It had stopped running and prior to getting an answer my Scooba started to run. I tried to cancel not sure what the status is. Don't get me wrong it is not that they took so long to answer, it is just that my Scooba started going prior to getting an answer. It was just a dead battery.

Tried to get into Microsoft to pay my account but all I got was Security Codes and just going around and around. I got 10 Security Codes. I was totally frustrated. The technician for Just Answer helped me to figure out my e-mail and password to get into my account to pay for my Office 365. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
