I dealt with a guy named Shiva, like a fool I thought we were going to talk on the phone, no you are sent a connection point through the email system, then Shiva just took control of my PC solved the problem in minutes. Jason was great was able to advise and fix problem. I had a XP computer and could not figure out why I could not access Itunes. Jason found that Itunes does not support Xp so unable to sign on to account.
