I have used this service before and I have found it an excellent source for legal information. Even when I have had follow up questions, the attorneys have been there to help me. I have referred this service to friends. People like myself cannot afford to have an attorney on retainer, but have legal issues that arise, so this is a service that I can afford to obtain immediate legal questions addressed. My dog ate a pound of butter. I learned how serious this is by talking to the on line vets. I took my dog to a local ER and found out he was dehydrated and had elevated levels of sodium from the salted butter. He had to stay overnight but he will be fine. Very grateful for their help.

I was kind of skeptical at first, but for a low price just to ask questions what more have I got to lose. I am so happy I gave it a try, the vet was so patience with me, she is prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. When I say the vet is patience and professional, it's because I couldn't give her more information that she ask for about my cat. I went back & forth for couple of days getting everything together and finally she was able to review my cat last medical reports and gave me a lengthy detail advice and where to seek additional help for my cat condition. I have learned alot just from asking questions, a small price to pay and now I can walk into the vet know exactly what I am looking for. The vet and other team member actually follow-up days after to ask how is my cat doing? I don't know where else you can get such caring people. This is the best online vets ever.

A fantastic resource!

My husband and I have tackled some minor appliance repair jobs in the past by looking up a "how to" video online. I couldn't find one for the specific problem our fridge was having & was starting to wonder if we were just going to have to bite the bullet & pay an expensive repair bill. I was thrilled to find the Just Ask site. I was very surprised & impressed that we had a technician call us right away. He assessed the problem immediately & explained that 3 things could cause the problem, but from our description of what issues were happening he told us it was most likely a faily simple solution. We bought the small part we needed for a little over $20 - swapped it out with the old one & the fridge is up and running again. The technician who helped us was very easy to understand and gave clear & concise directions. When I went to the parts store - they didn't know exactly what I needed. Luckily I had taken a photo of the part the technician told us we needed. He was available for me to send another photo of the replacement part to make sure I was getting the right part. What a fantastic resource! I will be recommending it to any of my family or friends who come with any similar need!

Sensible recommendations

My little Coton ate a cooked veal bone that I was ignorant enough to have given him. Dr. Altman's suggestions were non-hysterical: give him some bread to cushion possible bone fragments, take him for a walk, repeat, feed him rice and chicken to bulk up stool, be on the lookout for blood or voimiting. I say this is sensible because I saw the response of another vet to an almost identical complaint; he was sure that surgery would probably be necessary. It's about 24 hours later; I've done what Dr. Altman recommended, and my dog seems fine.

I had multiple questions about getting a subtenant out of my home in California. The attorney broke the paragraphs of multiple inquiries down into single questions and answered every one of them separately. He wrote his replies in a way that made them easy for a lay person to understand, intentionally leaving out the legal speak. I knew exactly what to do after receiving his expert advice. The best part was that there was no wait time. I received all of my answers within 10 minutes of submitting the questions. I had to cancel before the end of the free trial because I'm currently unemployed. But you can be sure that I will subscribe to this service once I have a steady income. Excellent service, excellent advice!

I accidentally over medicated my little Papillon with her high blood pressure med. It was late at night and I called the veterinary er as she is already a patient there. They suggested calling the Poison Control. There is a $50+ fee for this call. I, instead contacted JustAnswer, for a much reduced fee, and was able to get help from Dr. Nicole. Her advise was right on target and my little girl is just fine. I pray I don't have to make another call like this, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate in the slightest.

To Go or To Stay?

The car was packed for a cross country drive and our Basset, whose nickname is Lucy Leave It; started gagging. Out came the crewed eraser end of the pencil as she spit up but we knew she had swallowed the rest of the pencil. Would this be another night in the animal hospital or would we pack her into the car and keep our fingers crossed. We had a great frank discussion about our options, the risks, and strategies to minimize them.

I received an estimate for my car that I felt was inaccurate after doing the online research. I spoke to the tech and he gave me incredibly accurate information about my car as I was being ripped off by the dealership with flat out lies. I felt really good about it. $5.00 was way too little so I will probably stay with the membership for a while.

TRansmission change.

I wanted to know if my 270K + car would "survive" the change from a 5-speed to a 6-speed transmission. I did not even want to drive the thing because of the relocated clutch guides. Mechanic helped me right away so I "write away" today to thank them. Even better gas mileage.

Sadly, the traditionally trained veterinarians I have contacted do not have nutritional and homeopathic expertise which I feel in my heart to be the best paths to follow to eliminate the severe itching of my newly adopted rescue golden retriever. Pharmacueuticals have been the only recommendations given me but have proved to worsen her condition because of adverse reactions to those medicines. I was guided (searching online) to JustAnswer and received the most concise, knowledgeable recommendations! I am so very grateful to Dr. Scott!
