The technician went through all of my troubleshooting with me. Because of his experience he knew how the oil tank was wired versus what was in my book. Jumpered the leads, alarm stopped. Ordering new tank. Will definitely use this service again

Doctor didn't even read what i told the main chat agent... Was obvious he had no clue about my symptoms and he rushed me out with a 100% wrong diagnosis. Just sent it and ended chat. I was shocked at how bad the service was! I rarely take time to leave a review unless for exceptional service but this was sooo bad that I had to. So shocked at how little this doctor tried and how quick he rushed me out and ended session.

The day I moved into my apartment another resident there stabbed a homeless man to death while I was 30 feet away. The place is also infested with cockroaches and I had signed a one year lease. This is the second time that I have turned to Just Answer for help with our ML320. First time was air conditioning issue and just by replacing a fuse we saved over $900 (estimate from Mercedes' team) This time was wheel alignment when we were told "there is nothing wrong with the car. I'm so glad I reached out to JustAnswer to assist with my desktop computer issue. The customer service representative stayed with me until the issue was resolved.
The only criticism I have is that when the conversation between the customer and JustAnswer deals with the customer needing her/his hands such as unplugging and plugging cords in and out of a computer and typing on the computer as well as manipulating a mouse, it would be easier for the customer to speak over the phone with the JustAnswer representative rather than typing back and forth on the website.

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
