I took 2 celebrex by mistake instead of paracetamol. Dr Sam put my mind at ease. This happened early hours and I was worried about sleeping with having Angina. My mind was put at ease and I had the signs to look out for from Dr Sam.
I failed to access a tech process, Mike swooped in with such kindness and knowledge to help me out! Exactly what I was hoping for and he kept me from hating my tech skills even more which says a lot... super appreciate his skills to work over a phone line and to talk my brain through the proper steps of cancelling a subscription to Mind Valley as that would have been a financial disaster in my world. Give this man a raise please... you have a gem of a skilled human being on your staff!
Freezer compartment light went out during holidays of our side by side refrigerator. We got online and were connected with a service tech and within a few minutes were able to understand how to replace the LED light assembly.
Very unexpected in a very good way, information was easy to communicate and he was great at listing to my experience and understood my issue, also he was able to help me understand what I am doing and what I need to do or look at and why! After many regular doctors I was not able to get to the bottom of my problem even with test etc. what we talked about and traced was very helpful to redirect my PT and home care for a specific issue where I may have been working counterproductive not knowing at the time, now I fully understand the reason behind the theory and what the specific group of muscles do that I am having trouble with. While the issue wasn't resolved the information that was provided helped us to rule out the faucet as the problem and I have arranged for a local plumber to repair the hot water valves under the sink causing the problem
My technician, Paul was courteous, and polite. He took me through several scenarios to troubleshoot my issues. Unfortunately it was determined that I would need a new TV. I'm not upset about it because we've had this one for almost 16 years. It has served us well. Thanks Paul.
I had my error code pop up for my daughter's car while she was in the mountains. Ron walked me through what it was and why and made clear recommendations.
She actually addressed ALL of my Concerns of my issue (water pills concerns). My pharmacy had problems sending out my medication request that was sent out by my doctor to them. Because of the delay I came across an old bottle that I had earlier I thought I would be ok to use the old prescription; however not certain and sort your company for advice!

I have an Espar diesel heater in my sailboat. It's an older model. I have not been able to get help from my local dealers. They say my unit is too old and that they don't have any instructions. I bought the boat second hand. I think the heater was installed in 1989. It is installed in the Port cockpit locker. It works very well, but I have no instructions on the controller. It doesn't make any difference where I put the rotary dial on the controller, the heater doesn't shut off. The model of my heater is DL1 12V Cat, No, 25 1384 05 00 00
I got a reply from Brandon B, and with his help managed to fix my problem. He suggested that I get a Honeywell X1N thermostat as it would work instead of the old controller. It worked. But once in a while the fuse blew. At the end, because of the age of my heater, he suggested that I should maybe buy a new one. I totally agree. So, I'm getting a new one.
The rheostat doesn't work on my sailboat. Brandon B has ben very helpful helping me switch to a Honeywell thermostat.

Dr. Basu was very helpful in leading me to the right direction on my concerns and pain questions. I have struggled with the diagnoses of " chronic migraines" And being told it's genetic or stress related. I have had a constant headache since grade school. I cannot tell you the last time I didn't have a pounding headache. After speaking with him in depth, I learned of alternative treatments that could either solve everything and I could be pain free, or have a real answer for my pain and get proper treatment. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
