I signed up for the membership trial to see how it worked. I had a specific question about gastrointestinal problems I was experiencing. I saw great reviews so I thought let's see, maybe this could be helpful in between doctor appointments as covid-19 has been making my regular visiting a bit difficult. Well I was matched with a "specialist" who basically didn't offer me any Insight, but said to go see a doctor. Well that wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't charged $46.00 for it. I cancelled my membership and I even have an email to prove it. I called in and the rep just argued with me about cancellation. I even offered to send it to their team so that they could see but all the rep would do is cancel my membership for future charges. I called back in, and the second rep did the exact same thing.To make matters worst, if they pulled money from the only card I happened to have on me while working as an essential worker out of state and it overdrew that account and left me stranded with no way to fuel up my vehicle.

I asked a question and was told to pay $5 refundable if not satisfied. I realised very soon that it was a scam and I told them so online. NOW iI have just discovered that they have been deducting $66 membership fee every month! I never agreed to anything, never signed anything and never got an answer to my question. I have asked my bank to retrieve my money and I want to do the same to them that they have done to me and many more people! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

The doctor was exceptional. I have a complicated set of diagnoses and treatments, and a new problem arose about a month ago. My usual docs and specialists just couldn't work together on the problem. A friend told me about JustAnswer and a qualified physician worked through things, offering an objective set of ideas and potential solutions, while in some areas agreeing with the current docs. An exceptional, timely response.

Gave me peace of mind

During this pandemic when things are a lot less convenient, my parakeet began displaying signs of distress after caring for her three hatchlings for the last three weeks or so. And since she is not hand tamed, it would have been extremely difficult and stressful for her to try and remove her from the cage, so I tried "justanswer.com". The response was prompt, and the answer was on point and left me with peace of mind. My parakeet is just fine. I am happy that I received an answer from a knowledgeable avian vet quickly and avoided stressing my parakeet out unnecessarily. I would recommend this website for sure.

It's very nice to be able to turn to an expert when u have a question Google can't answer & a lot of us either can't afford to or don't have the time to go to a professional with our prob & a lot of times it didn't seem like ur question is a big enough deal to do that either. That's what this site is for. U can just add part a small amount and ask ur question and get on with it life.

When I first sent my question, I thought I would get an answer the next day. But, I was very thank full, that I got a response wright away. Not only did I get a response to my question, but the person that responded had literally paid close attention to details of my message. I say real people because, she really reiterated my message and made me feel like I was not just a question. I'm a real person also, by acknowledging my feelings on the situation. Unlike any other messaging app. I received a call, from a live person. She followed up with me that same day and rest assured me that if I had any other questions or documents I wanted to submit. Our 12 year old dog, Molly, developed wheezing after a walk along the river and we're about 1000 miles from home, so we asked JustAnswer for a vet. Within moments we were involved in a phone conversation with a lovely man who asked many questions, listened carefully to my responses and listened to Molly's breathing while I put the phone to her chest. He recommended Benadryl and that we take her to a local vet if the problem didn't subside within 24 hours. I'm glad to report the Benadryl has worked and Molly is feeling fine again.

My only suggestion for improving the site would be that they ask if you would like a membership before automatically enrolling you. I have used the service twice in four years and am happy to pay for the services used, as they are used, but don't want to pay a monthly charge to be a "member".

Unable to take my dog to the vet for a possible tooth infection because of the Coronavirus issue, i needed to find out if i could safely give her human Clyndamycin.
