I posted my question about 2 days ago. I was contacted within a day. The technician that helped me walked me through each step very patiently. He was able to diagnose my issue with just 2 steps. He even gave me resources to help me with taking the washer apart. I was going to cancel my subscription after I was helped, but I decided to keep it due to the professionalism and knowledgeable tech I had.
My helper wrote me simple instructions and never left me until we had completed the procedure. I am not great on a computer and my Kindle is smaller then my lap top. So we were limited on what we could do. And if I needed to to repeat something he told me how to do that too.

Bart was the ford mechanic that answered my question even though it was time consuming. There was a problem with my AC system in my Ford F150. Had tried the typical solutions, but they didn't solve the problem. Emailed with Bart and tried something else. It got down to where it was probably an electrical issue. Bart did the most fantastic job of talking my grandson through testing the fuse box and wires which diagnosed the problem. It was time consuming but Bart didn't rush us which we really appreciated. I will bring all of my truck problems to Bart!

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
