Having never navigated Small Claims before, I had a few questions that needed to be answered. The lawyer and I spoke with each other; and even though she was in CA, she looked up the information I needed for NY law. I was also provided with two links that had more information that I can use. She told me what would and what wouldn't benefit me with the judge and put me at ease. I can do this! Prior to this call, I had a question about some antiques. After looking at pictures, the dealer was able to give me honest appraisals. Some I liked, others disappointed me (but that's not his fault). I would definitely use this site again.
Had a further question on my financial status and on sending it to Justanswer lawyer as he was unavailable Debra noted I had not received a reply and stepped in to answer my last question. Again once again many thanks. Again received peace of mind.

Got the answer I needed in minutes, highly recommend. Cost $5 for a week trial membership. Canceled service after I got my answer. Would pay $5 for an answer again.
I'm thoroughly disappointed with the misrepresentation of this. Business. Not only was my credit card debited with £5.00 - despite being informed on live chat confirming my credit card WOULD NOT be. Multiple emails requesting an explanation are repeatedly ignored. No response from this business. Worse than that - I received absolutely no benefit whatsoever post-fraudulent payment! The ‘so-called' technician on the live-chat sent me the link to pay the £5.00 - the minute he flicked the switch - he ditched me and went completely offline... despite multiple attempts I was unable at all to make contact subsequently on the live-chat line. Leaving mr with no further technical support whatsoever. To add insult to injury - I was subjected to fake texts to my mobile phone with links embedded that did not connect to ‘so-called' assistance enabling the set/up of my printer.
I have every intention of uploading this disparaging feedback to every social media and business forum available to me to safeguard others from being duped by such blatant sheer scam-mongering. I shall also be seeking recourse to financial services on the back of false assurances confirming my credit card would not be deducted. Be warned and stay away from this exploitative ‘Robin Hood' tactics business.
I paid my $5 for an answer that was not helpful because the lawyer was not in my state. She basically said I need to find a lawyer in my state. So I logged off i was done. Then I get charged for $60 for a month when I never used the service again. I tried to get a refund but they refused. They have sneaky practices with hidden agreements and I can't believe all these positive reviews are legit. It was completely over priced and not helpful.

Will charge you $30 a month after promising only $5. They say you have a week to cancel your membership but I was not even given the full week before being charged.

I was charged $594 for 9 months "membership" when I did not sign up for these payments. If you don't close your account you fall into their automatic deductions, $594. I just didn't think this could happen to me.

This company is a disgrace. Literally living up to all the negative stereotypes about sleazy lawyers. They will scam you into giving them your card details for "free trials" or something similar, and then end up charging 50£ monthly subscription for services you don't use. Shameful

After being in a chat room with a so-called expert who kept cutting and pasting pieces of the manual (which I had already read), I was told I could speak with an expert for $26 dollars. I agreed, but was told there was no expert available. After getting no useful information at all, I was charged the $26 for the call that never happened, PLUS a $46/month membership fee that i was never informed about and never agreed to. I currently have a complaint with the California BBB and my credit card company. This is a scam. Stay away.

Very useful service... i highly recommend using this service. Very quick to respond to questions asked with useful information.
I fix a lot of different things especially cars, boats and home projects. Previously I was a ASE certified mechanic and had diagnostic software at my disposal and had daily experiences to remember. Now, I ask a question and get really good answers that save me time and money. I just pay the monthly fee which I have saved several times over and I have no issue to ask any question that I want anytime. The answers typically are very prompt and accurate. If you need a lot of answers do the monthly and it will pay off.
The expert I have dealt with has always been quick to respond. I have used this site 3 different times. Would recommend it no matter what your need is.

I decided to try this service to get a second medical opinion about a wrist injury. The "expert" M. D. hand specialist identified himself only as "Doctor", which is about as anonymous as it gets. He wouldn't share any info on his identity or his credentials. He just suggested I cancel the membership if I didn't like working with an anonymous "expert". Why anyone would pay for generic info from medical "experts" who hide behind a curtain, I cannot grasp. I am no longer a member. They should save people time, by stating up front that all info provided from non-verified sources should be taken with a large grain of salt. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
