Called for high blood sugar symptoms but doctor was not able to help me. After I said, I am going to the ER, then he/she agreed. The fee was not refunded and you are actually agreeing to a membership rather than to a one time fee. Called multiple times to complain and get my money back but they refused.

The site makes it look like if you only do a chat it is a dollar, but guess what it is 60 dollars even if they immediately tell you it is not a valid case. Called support and they told me I agreed to it, maybe I did but the site makes it look like the 60 dollar charge is only for a phone consult. If this is how you guys get your money, hope it is worth it, cause it is based on tricking people who are already dealing with issues that need resolved and cost money they don't have, much like the 60 bucks you just took from me for virtually no service offered. This company sucks.

Thought I was texting Xfinity for an internet problem. I gave my credit card number but the Justanswers technician was unable to help after suggesting things I had previously attempted. I went online to THINKING IT WAS A VET and they screwed me out of $31, I ASKED what was the fee and they said $1 THAT WAS LIES, once you give them the card number they trick you and force you into a membership. I am a Tour Boat Captain. Saturday December 4th during a tour, I had an issue with Navionics-a Garmin Navigation product. Just Ask/Answer was unsuccessful in correcting the problem but further succeeded in loosing all my routes in Mobile Bay and The Delta Region in gulf coast Alabama for the last 6 years. Then Incorrectly gave me a support number for Garmin/Navionics. This number was a country code for Ireland and South Africa. My First Mate was able to find a Tech Support number and I sent it to the Just Answer Tech and asked for my money back including the 1.00 fee, as of today 12/9 I have not received credit for this. Its not the 1.00, It is the fact that I lost 6 years of tidal related navigational data and courses. His suggestion that I uninstall and reinstall the app deleted ALL saved navigational information, which I questioned before I did it. This was a FATAL error on his part according to The Garmin/Navionics Tech who was able to retrieve one navigational course from May of 2016. The amount of navigational data that I lost was PRICELESS. Other Captains had relied on my for up to date data on these courses. I am still in the process of retrieving and taking the boat out to retrace all these areas. The Rating should be a ZERO! They do not even rate a 1 star. This is going to be a time consuming and expensive fix! I have estimated about 8-10K dollars in time and fuel. I still don't have my dollar back.)*&^(^%*%^$& Worthless!

I am a senior citizen on a limited income and had minor trouble installing a Roku stick. While trying to find information about this Roku product, Just Answer popped up so I thought it was associated with Roku somehow. I saw a $1 fee and thought I could afford that. So I gave them my bank card number. BIG MISTAKE. They charged me $46. When I contacted them asking for a refund, I received the following reply:

I did the trial offer and got back what ended up being incorrect answers and so I tried to cancel, within the 7 days. I thought it had been cancelled but received charges anyway. Tried to resolve it with customer service to no avail. Their Chat Center gave me nothing but company configured responses and then ended the chat even though I had more questions. They basically said too bad, we don't do refunds etc. I'll advise anyone to avoid their service.

The landing page of their website talks only about a $2 charge. On the same webpage I asked a question and cancelled in the 3 minutes it took to scan their multiple-page terms-of-service doc, the link to which they sent by text. They quickly processed my credit card charging the $2 and $53.
Customer Care says $2 is a join fee and the $53 is a monthly membership fee and they won't return my $53. In effect I received zero and they took $55.

You think you're getting expert advice for a $1 charge at the site and with the chat person The site is deliberately difficult to decipher, with no help from a customer associate. The next thing you know your credit card is charged $31 for a membership I know I never authorized. When you contact Just Answer they give you the song and dance that you knew what the bit was from the beginning. Hundreds of people like myself have been flimflammed by Just Answer. We all didn't misunderstand the scam. Do the research. In my case, like the other hundreds, that wasn't so. We all aren't stupid rubes. You might expect a reputable business to accommodate the customer. This doesn't happen with Just Answer. Beware of this operation. If you don't, you'll get your credit card charged for a service you never authorized. And the company refuses to credit the charge on the card.

I canceled the membership the same day I received the generalized "answer" to my legal problem. It was obvious I'm they could help. I just realized they've still been charging me. I emailed, chatted, and talked on the phone with the rudest, unhelpful person. They will not refund my money. It's totally because they suck at customer service. Suck $#*!.

I'm an avid worrier. It's been worse lately as I've faced some health problems that I am seeing my primary doctor for and any needed specialists however this website gives me peace of mind in between those visits. I cannot tell you how nice it is to have 24/7 doctor at your finger tips. It's saved me a lot of ER visits I can tell you for sure and also quieted my mind when I couldn't stop worrying enough to sleep over having a strange or recurring symptom. I personally think it's worth every penny. I promise you won't be disappointed especially if your a worrier like me. Free your mind and ask the professionals here and leave Dr. Google alone. And finally get the sleep you've been missing!

I was desperate for help with my laptop, Just answer's post said they had the right expert for me. I was very specific about needing help with Ubuntu a branch of Linux, their posting said they had an expert. He had a lot of computer experience and knowledge but not with Ubuntu (my specific request) we spent way to much time. At the end he couldn't help with the most basic problem I encountered I left extremely frustrated. Later I received confirmation of a $46 charge to my account. If I had needed help with Microsoft or MAC I'm sure he would have helped. I wont be using them again.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
